Review 1：Loft bedrooms very stuffy, towels only changed once in our 6 day stay, surfaces not wiped down.

Review 15：Stayed in the IXL 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge! The unit was beautifully furnished with high tech features such as touch screen lighting and automatic blinds. Beautiful bathrooms.
Review 16：The bedrooms only have frosted glass sliding doors with thin curtains, so it let the outside stair lights in and if one room had a light on it disturbed the other guest. Not great for privacy when sharing the apartment with friends.

Review 19：There was no view and as I got confused by the front door lock someone tried to enter the flat in error in the middle of the night in a drunken state and as I hadn't locked the door he came into the flat waking us up before he realised it was the wrong flat! Rather frightening! I did hear noises in the night but it was not really noisy

The staff tried to get it fixed but it was extremely inconvenient for me. The speed was very slow when it did work on my final two days. It is very noisy with the pub next door.

Review 33：The apartments were a bit noisy in the mornings with rubbish trucks and workers in the courtyard and there was mechanical noise (maybe heating or something in another apartment) which was constant throughout the night. The showers looked great however there was no shower screen so the toilet paper and toilet got wet every time you showered. We paid $320 per night and (I am unsure if this price is good or bad for Hobart), this did not include parking or breakfast.

There was no view except of the restaurant and hotel directly across the courtyard and as a result, for privacy, one set of blinds had to be down for most of our stay. Neither bedroom had a window which was disappointing.

Review 46：The 3 percent surcharge on credit cards - Amex - we only charge 1.5% which takes us back up to the normal amount they normally deduct. We also charge 1.5% on our other cards which helps pay for the rent of the machine and no money is deducted when the transaction occurs from their transactions. I will either not use Sullivans again or pay with another card or EFT. Lots of loud scrapping moving of furniture at ight but just got over it, as the apartment had had a lot of noise reduction strategies in place.

Review 52：Firstly there is no view. Just a courtyard with the rather strong smell of frying fish permeating from the restaurants below. What was really annoying was that when I booked Sullivans Cove emailed me and asked for a description of the bedding arrangements i would require. i emailed back and told them we need 3 beds, we arrive 4.30pm Friday afternoon and there is only 2 beds. The staff were nice enough to come and re-arrange the bedding but the whole room was set up for 2 people. my friend had to dry off after a shower using a handtowel as there were only 2 provided. Lets not even get started on the piddly amount of milk provided for 3 people over 2 days. For $700 I would have expected better.

Review 54：The noise from the Telegraph Hotel on both Friday and Saturday night until around 3am made it very hard to sleep. Then when that finally finished the truck arrives to dump the bottles. No sound proofing in 2 of the 4 rooms. Apparently the other two rooms were okay.

Have to drive to the end of Kelly Street car park, with only a fenced gate and a coded keypad indicating location. Had to take luggage through a dark walkway, two steep flights of stairs down to apartment. Not recommended for older people or people with disability. Beautiful coffee machine, but only instant coffee provided. Even open air BBQ area is non-smoking which is a bit ridiculous given there is a weber there that produces more smoke than a cigarette.

Review 75：There was no external light in the apartment, so it was quite claustrophobic. I rang on arrival to express disappointment and was told that it was an old flour mill and that is what I had booked ! That flour mills don't have windows! The tone was quite rude and unhelpful. I believe that it was the answering service but nevertheless they still represent the customer service approach of Sullivan apartment. I did get a call back from someone later but did not return the call as I chose not to have any more interaction with them.

Review 77：On Saturday night the pub right next door had a band that played until 2am. When I mentioned it, the apartment staff said there was a noise warning in the booking form. There was no mention that it was like the band was playing in the bedroom, and that there would be noise until the early hours of the morning.

Review 80：Sullivan's Cove has numerous apartments around the Sullivan's Cover area. We stayed at the Salamanca Dockside and found it extremely spacious and comfortable. Situated right on top of the Saturday Salamanca Markets it was extremely convenient. Staff was really friendly and helpful with things to do around the city. Would definitely come back.

Review 136：Had a fridge to cool my wine, had electricity (usually I wouldn'tlist something so basic, but after staying one night here I knowit's important to be grateful for even the simplest of modernconveniences) much needed after staying here!
