Review 3：The staff, location, pool / garden and ambiance of this hotel was brilliant- also the free bar snacks! The feeling is very relaxed in beautiful surroundings. Francesco and Italian lady who owns the hotel were very helpful - all the staff added real value to our experience. There are not many small hotels like this left and it is so much better than the huge corporates which have no soul.

Review 13：The hotel was beatiful and peaceful. In a perfect location near to beaches and the historical site of Nora. Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful. Francois, working on reception was extremley helpful, polite and knowledgable. He helped make our stay a great experience and answered all of our questions. He even helped to get us in the Suckling pig restaurant at the last minute. If you want pure relaxation and comfort with everything on your doorstep this is the hotel to stay at.

Review 15：Location very good between beach and town, but not a problem if you don't mind walking. Facilities are very nice; great rooms, nice and spacious breakfast area, excellent pool and not too crowded. Professional staff, especially Francisco, who is very friendly, proactive, and speaks excellent English. Rest of the staff also good, could maybe smile more, but get the job done. Breakfast is ok. Tasty and plentiful, but maybe the variety and quality could be a bit better. The place feels very fresh and safe, recommended.

Review 20：I loved the entire environment. IT was beautiful. It was winter, but it was still quite beautiful. The outdoor pool was too cold to swim in, but we weren't there for swimming in December. My friend got a massage and loved it.

Review 21：We could not stay in the double room given to us due to mould but were still made to pay extra for junior suite, only room we were shown that was breathable within. Sauna did not work and we were given no form of recompense for any of these issues. Staff were rude upon our departure.

Review 24：This family owned small hotel has a lovely relaxed feel with cottage style rooms set around a really beautiful garden and pool. We stayed for a week and found loads of things to do in the area- worth having a car for. We had a spacious 2nd floor room with a huge bed. The location is perfect, situated halfway between the beach and Pula ( walking distance to both). The beach has crystal clear waters and lots of fish. Pula has a good choice of restaurants that are open all year. The hotel staff are all friendly and Francesco, the hotel manager, is incredibly helpful. Buffet breakfast is good and you can rent basic bikes from the hotel to get around locally. The spa ( jacuzzi and steam room) is an added bonus which we only found time to use once.This is not a resort hotel (of which there are many) that attracts families so it was lovely and peaceful. One of the few hotels that looks as good,or if not better, in real life than on the website! Oh and the wifi worked unexpectedly well in our room which was on the far side of the garden.

Review 29：The air con was not working in our room for two days and nights making it very uncomfortable. Although we complained and an engineer looked at the unit no one bothered to tell us he had not been able to fix it neither did they provide fans etc. it was only on the third day when we asked to see the manager were we moved to another room which was admittedly an upgrade. Thanks go to Sarah for understanding our feelings and immediately doing something about it.

Review 30：The hotel was clean and attractively decorated with well kept grounds.The swimming pool area was very good. Breakfast, although the same each day, was good with a range of options.the staff were pleasant enough but Sarah on the front desk was particularly helpful in sorting out our problem.

Review 31：The downstairs rooms have a small terrace and are rather boxed in by bushes but no look-out. In consequence, our room was pretty dark. The bathrooms are rather small. The shower had a furry growth of minute fungi. Although the staff at the breakfast was friendly, they were unfortunately inattentive. The breakfast was avarage. Only limitied fresh fruits or vegetables. No juices. Salmon was offerered on additional costs of 6 Euro/portion only. Dinner was average, too. Two courses from the daily menu and one from the regular menu were not available. I ordered Spaghetti with tomato basil sauce, which came without basil. The Wifi network was instable and often not accessible. Pool towels were available for 3 Euro/each extra. The value for money is inappropriate.

Review 33：I loved this hotel and hope to visit there again. Pula is a wonderful little town ideally located close to many great beaches. The hotel is halfway between both (only 10 minutes in either direction) and the atmosphere there is very quiet and relaxed.

Review 54：The staff goes the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is care in all details, both indoors (elegant, welcoming environment) and outside in the beautiful patio and garden. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a dive and swim before breakfast. This place is much more atmospheric than the other hotels nearby.

Review 55：The downstairs rooms have only small terraces and are rather boxed in by bushes so privacy but no look-out. It can also seem a little quiet especially in the evenings when one might have liked a bit of life but many people might well prefer it that way.

Breakfast was generally good but even though most of the guests clearly came through a UK tour company, local cheese instead of processed packets would have been appreciated. Most guests seemed to thin it was perfect.

Nice big room and bathroom. Very private secluded rooms, must be great for couples! Free wifi is also very fast. Very quiet and peaceful, no outside noise at all.

Review 61：Hotel's servise. The room's description don't correspond to the real conditions. The photos of rooms are wrong. There are not rooms for 3 or 4 persons in this hotel. They have only standart rooms for 1 or 2 persons and superior room for 2 persons. Only this types of rooms i had seen in hotel's price-list in Pula. We had booked a room for 4 persons, but only 3 persons arrived. Staff settle us in a small double room with 2 extra beds ( this room is very similar to the room for 3 persons in Booking catalogue). Of course we were't satisfied and hotel agreed to reduce the price to the price of room for 3 persons ( but as i realized they already took us a room for 3 persons!). So we agreed, because they denied to give us a room as in Booking description for the price as in Booking. When staff told us that we had to go in other room ( new room was very similar to the double room in Booking web site). Boking.com hadn't done anything to affect the hotel's staff and we had to aree. It was the first time i had a problems with Booking.com and I hope Booking won't work with this hotel anymore.

Review 63：The pool area was beautiful, never once was their a battle for sun beds ,they were still available later in the day. Staff very professional and the location was a 10 minute walk to pula. If you want a place from the maddening crowds this is it.

Breakfast wasn't the best i,ve had in a 4 star hotel.This hotel should also be a adults only as children have nothing to do and when they cry and get fedup it disturbs other guests

Review 73：Everything! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the Spa is simply amazing! Breakfast was very rich with many options and individual orders for type of eggs and coffee are taken as part of their regular service. The room was beautiful, clean, silent and extremely comfortable! Sheets and towels were changed everyday, nice toiletteries available. Although we didn't need it, there is free parking space available. The hotel is highly recommendable! The owner was there all the time to make sure the guests were happy and we felt extremely welcome!
