Review 1：Stayed for 3 days in a luxury sweet. The hot tub was not only dirty it was full of bugs and never cleaned by staff for three days and could not use. The buffet was full of bees and found dead bees in the mayonnaise. Being allergic I could have died having consumed one. Room service never got one order correct even with me being able to speak Spanish. Food was cold. The restaurant staff was polite however the food was fair. No schedules to know what events were happening on property. Missed the big event on the stairs as we had no idea it was happening.

Review 3：NEED HOOKS FOR TOWELS IN THE BATHROOMS! Also, the restaurants succeeded in providing a good variety of dishes, but the Vina del Mar buffet food was often not as hot as it should be. Similarly, the Italian and Mexican restaurants also served main courses that were not always as hot as they should be. The Peninsula food was always nice and hot - and the best quality of the three dinner restaurants. Also, loved the air hockey table, but it is time to get a new one - the table is falling apart.

Review 4：Excellent update to the rooms (loved the waterfall shower, beds very comfortable). Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked not having to worry about money the entire time. More relaxing.

Review 5：There never seemed to be enough snorkel gear to go around as it appeared they shared the gear with their sister hotel The Explorean which sits directly behind Fiesta. The suggested 'borrow' time of an hour should be increased for people to be able to explore the ocean at leisure. Otherwise no other complaints.

Review 6：What wasn't to like - the hotel and resort area is fantastic set on a fabulous area with direct access to the ocean from steps off the wooden platforms in front of the ocean. The all-inclusive was amazing, the food fabulous, drinks amazing and served by excellent wait staff and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautiful on the ground floor with direct access to a pool. Amazing stay.

The friendliness of the staff makes you feel so welcome. We will miss Agnes at the front & Gabriela's made to order omelettas on the beach were delicious.

Review 12：We booked a room with sea view. When we arrived they did not tell us they had double booked they put us in room at the back of hotel that smelt damp and had no wi fi or TV. Manager did his best but if you have ordered a room with a view that is what you want .. We left without moving in and not happy

Review 14：We asked for a quiet room. Being very near the bar does not make for quiet. The very loud music did not help those of us who wanted to sleep after a long day of snorkeling. Perhaps a room on the wing away from the bar would have been more suitable. The snorkeling has really lost a lot of it's interest here. This was our third visit to Fiesta and we remember from the past seeing many varieties and much larger fish right in front of the hotel. It seemed like a dead zone. Though for those visitors who hadn't been here before they were very enthused by what they saw. I liked the expanse of the buffet but thought all meats were very overcooked.

Review 25：We were 1 day late. Booking.com had informed them but they had simply erased us from their records. Didn't want to give us the deluxe sea view room we had ordered (and paid for) until I "threatened" to complain to Booking... Then they made me pay 16% tsx which I didn't realize till later, that I had already paid. This is a cement landscape hotel. All VERY nice as far as room and staff are concened - but no warmth and charm. Sterile! Loud music blaring till late every evening, one couldn't escape it, even with balcony doors closed.

Review 26：During low season they only open one restaurant at a time and there is no buffet during breakfast and meal, yet you can ask for as much as you can eat. For dinner is the same instead of having two restaurants open, there is only one option.

Review 27：Being all inclusive you get a great deal out of it. All three restaurants are very good, Asian, Mexican and Italian food for dinner. Breakfast and meal buffet standard but ok. During meal time you also have a Cevicheria with good seafood, and hamburgers and hotdogs ok. Sea swim area espectacular next to Chakanaab, best park in Cozumel.
