Review 1：The restaurant staff were horrible! They greeted everyone expect for me and my friends (we are black British). It was so upsetting. They offered other people a choice of hot drinks upon their arrival, however we had to physically call them to order. Once they arrived they were very cold. I say they because it was all of them.

Review 2：The rooms were lovely, cleaned every morning by lovely cleaning staff that always said good morning!

Review 3：The housekeeping were not sweeping the room, especially under the bed. They were sweeping where one could see. The dust was affecting me and had to open the balcony door

Review 13：I felt the front desk staffs good play a more welcoming and helpful role to tourist and assist them in their travel plans. The hotel should have a shuttle/van service to the nearest metro.

We stayed there for 5 nights and breakfast was the same each day but there was one staff took special liking to my 2 year old son so we were looked after each morning with good service. The hotel is not for children below 3 years. Ideal for business and short stay.

Review 15：Everything! Room cleaned every day, and sheets replaced daily basis. Excellent breakfast. My diet is gluten free, and I make special request in booking, and staff it was ready for this, and meal it was special. The staff was great!

Review 16：Selected this hotel as advertised 500m from Metro. On arrival was told the station did not operate so 30 minute bus ride to nearest Metro. Was with mother (70 years old) so getting in and out of Rome centre was not good. On arrival had to wait until 4pm to get access to rooms. Saturday evening hotel had a teenage disco party booked on the rooftop - which went on until the early hours. Reception staff lacked professional customer service. Computer systems were failing so bar had to be cash only (4 days) and checkout was only achieved as I booked via credit card (still waiting for invoice even though they requested email address to send on)

Review 18：On my last day after I checked out, I arranged for hotel transportation to take me a place nearby, however the person did not know the area at all, and also spoke no English, hence he dropped me back at the hotel and started shouting in italian, which ruined my pleasant experience. Since Mrs.Nicole was not present, the other staff could not help at all and I had to eventually get a taxi for a distance that was 5 minutes away by car.

Review 19：It was a business trip for me so the place was quite accessible but the neighborhood isn't too great. One of their staff called Nicole was extremely helpful and provided transportation for me for two days in a row.

Review 20：They advertise free wifi everywhere but don't have any right now because they are changing servers. That take a couple hours at most. This is 2015 you change Internet extremely fast. We stayed there for two night and didn't have wifi the whole time we were there. They put us in a room that had construction going on the other side of the wall so we didn't get any sleep the first night. Then when I went down to the reception desk to speak to a manager I got this lady who supposedly was a manager but couldn't do anything for me. She told me she would call me in the room when the manager gets there. So I wait a good 45 minutes and no call. I go back down and the manager still wasn't there and she said I had to wait 15 more minutes and he would be there. So I waited and nothing. I go down again and he still isn't there! I wasted half my day waiting for a manager who never showed up and didn't get to see all things I wanted to see that day because I was waiting for a manager. Don't advertise something you aren't providing and then expect your customers to not be upset about it. And then in the end all they did for me was move me to a room down the hall and didn't make me pay the city tax. What kind of customer service is that? I would avoid staying here at all costs.

Review 21：The price increase, the cold bfast, the horrible scrambled eggs and the bacon . Brioche cold this is a shame because with a little bit of attention you can turn the bfast room into a heaven. such s pleasant small bfast room.

Review 23：If you come as a tourist, the place is far away from anywhere: Anagnina Metro terminus is ~20minutes by bus followed by 20 min by metro until Termini station. The Tor Bella Monaca area, where the hotel is located, is not suitable for evening strolls.

Review 24：The hotel is renovated and offers comfortable, though somewhat hard beds (I like the latter!). The interior is very convenient and staff is extremely helpful. I have stayed there for business and found a very good place for a very good price!

When b'fast was served upstairs in the 5th.floor it was so peaceful and excellent service with a smile which we loved even if the bfast did not offer a vast variety. BUT DOWNSTAIRS IT IS HORRIBLE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE WAS RUDE, THE B'FAST WAS DISASTER EVERYTHING COLD EVEN THE SCRAMBLED EGGS WERE ICED COLD AND INSTEAD OF SCRAMBLED EGGS THEY TURNED INTO AN EGG PIE. A SHAME BECAUSE IT RUINS THE MANY GOOD THINGS THIS HOTEL OFFERS. SORRY BUT THIS IS TRUE. WOULD YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THE FEET OF THE BEDS THIS IS THE 2ND. TIME THAT BOTH MY WIFE AND MYSELF SUFFERED SOME INJURY BECAUSE WE HIT OUR TOES AGAINST THE IRON FEET OF THE BEDS. THEY ARE SOMEHOW IN THE WAY AND ARE EASY TO HIT WHILE WALKING BECAUSE THE SPACE IS LIMITED.

Review 60：Too far from the city and there is no eating place in the neighbourhood, only one small pizza shop. Pork and scrambled eggs were placed next to each other, I could not eat egg because I am Muslim... Better keep them in separate trays. Boiled eggs are peeled. They should not be peeled in my opinion, people can do it themselves. No slippers and toiletry provided.

Review 62：We booked this hotel because of the pool, but this was broken! There had been such a long winter, was the explanation. But there had been plenty of time until 17:th of June! The breakfast and dinner was not too good.

Review 66：The location is quite far from central Rome; it's nearly an hour to get to Termini station using the shuttle and metro. Our room was fairly nice with a usable balcony, however, the carpet had quite a few stains.
