Review 1：Wifi is very slow
Review 2：- it exceeded my expectation - huge room for its price - friendly staffs - good location - value for money - breakfast was good - i felt my car was safe in the parking area. - i'd like to commend the guard on duty at the parking area on the night we checked-in, he was very courteous - aircon is cold
Review 3：Staff don't listen properly, no lift, the rooms are at best mediocre. The breakfast was atrocious, the bed was hard and TV had shocking reception and you couldn't watch it. For a hotel that's only 3 yrs old it's falling apart already. Won't ever be returning

Review 5：Everything in this hotel has a price, even the standard amenities that other hotel offers for free, in this hotel it comes with a tag price. Like towels (for changing) and pillows. The front desk is not really helpful and seems irritated when i asked that our towels be changed. They are charging 100 per towel. She even ask me where i use it.. Is there any use for towel other than drying urself?? They even placed us to 3rd floor where in fact it is not really fully booked as they claim bec there were only a few cars parked. Even during breakfast there were only 4 groups (including us). This hotel is way way below in terms of customer service.
