Review 1：Staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming especially the one during the breakfast. Wifi was never working properly even in the reception. Breakfast was very poor. There was no real bread and most of the food was not fresh. Location was also terrible. You need to wait for the bus at least half an hour. I would say never again for anyone.

The shuttle service with surcharge did not exist.When I inquired about a shuttle to the ciampino airport I was told touse the city buses. While I don't mind doing so, it would be betterto know in advance that I would have to, rather than expecting ashuttle service.

Review 10：I truly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the ease with which things like check-in, check-out and arranging a taxi transfer to the airport were accomplished. The breakfasts were free which was incredibly good value for money because they were good breakfasts.

Review 11：remote from the city centre and poorly connected. They promise free wifi but it does not work. The rooms are cold and the whole place looks really tired and run down. Very little hot water, difficult to take a proper shower in those conditions. Breakfast was really poor.

Review 13：Rooms are not really air-conditioned. There was just a fan blowing ait from the street into the room that worked only at nights. It was impossible to be in the room during the day, cause the fan didn't work (it turns on fully automatically), and it was very hot. Breakfast is very poor: coffee, milk, croissants, and nothing else (no eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, etc.) Location is good if you need Tor Vergata university, and very bad if you need Roma center.
