Review 1：Nothing to criticise.

Review 2：Modern, spotlessly clean, super friendly staff, big room with great facilities, sea view and balcony. It was a one night stay and we only eat breakfast there, but that was a terrific spread.

Review 3：This hotel was outstanding value for money, our only regret was not being able to stay longer! Rooms were huge with views out across the city and out to sea. Food in the restaurant was beautiful and staff couldn't have been nicer.

Review 5：This is the tallest building, located in the promenade, with beautiful views to the Atlantic beach and surroundings. Very comfortable layout of the apartment with the kitchenette and all necessary facilities, which all are new, clean and impeccable quality. Free WI-FI is fast and working uninterruptedly. The apartment is very cozy, bright, spacious, featuring modern interior design and large balcony. Very nice bathroom with excellent strong shower is a huge advantage, especially in comparison with numerous hotels, suffering from the "green brain washing" policy. Overall the perfect choice and truly good value for money.

Review 6：Although the room was very spacious (50 sqm) it was without any atmosphere. Double bed too small for two people. Not enough shelf space in the bath-room. Broken electric equipment in kitchen area and really heavy used bathtub. Smells of onions and fish wafted through the staircase in the 15th floor on our arriving day. Sorry to mention such frankly but staff at reception was totally incompetent and more worse as well unhelpful.

Review 7：Hotel located directly in front of the atlantic ocean. Great view from the 15th floor to the beach and to the city. 2 large balconies but not usable due to northbound direction of the room and missing furniture. Room (double room with sea view) was very spacious but the room and as well the hotel have already passed their zenith some years ago. Good breakfast with friendly staff.

Review 8：The staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to answer any questions I had. The room was beautiful. The restaraunt food was also delicious. Wonderful views of the beach.

Review 9：The restaurant is only open for 3.5 hours and the food was horrible..we were told they had no prawns yet there was a prawnfest in all the neighbouring restaurants that weekend...there was one only one amenity and the carpet outside our door smelt very musty

Review 14：Our room was upgraded on arrival to a front sea facing one. It had a large living area with kitchenette and a glazed sliding panel to a spacious bedroom. T.V's in both rooms, comfortable beds, efficient air- con and fantastic views. Hotel is in a good location, breakfast excellent and staff efficient and friendly.

Review 21：No parking was available for customers, needed to use public parking 200-300 m away The rooms are nice but not as fresh as looks from photos. In general, Figuera is a bit boring, not as nice as Nazare or Aveiro.

Review 23：Negatives include the fact that the sushi on the hotel's menu was not very good (do not bother ordering it). Also, the spa services were not the greatest although the staff was friendly. I went for a full massage and it was not worth the 65 euros, additionally in order to use the swimming pool and sauna you must pay an extra 15 euro fee that gives you acces for 75 minutes. The additional fee is a bit ridiculous, especially if you are already paying for another spa service.

Review 24：The room was very clean and the cleaning staff always did an excellent job. The staff was very friendly and my room had a good view. Plus it was located close enough to walk to all the bars and clubs.

Stayed in a room right in front of the beach (no balcony, though), excellent view of all Figueira's coast, very clean the small kitchen (with a fridge, microwave, 2 stove's hot plates), a private safe and the hotel provided for a nice welcome gift.

And I waited for an hour.. 2º I don'tlike to be played for a fool and and in hotel parking description I wasmiss led to believe that hotel had some sort of public space for them.But that's not true. Hotel parking is payed otherwise you have toleave the car on the street either payed or not depending if you findparking. 3º On the third day there was not hot water I had to leavehotel without a shower and when I got back around dinner time, theproblem was solved although water was kinda brown. Not a"sorry" I have heard from the hotel in this matter.Although i loved the design and room comforting i probably wont get back to this hotel in Figueira and try another one. ------------ Portuguese ------------- 1º cheguei ao hotel por volta das 3 da tarde e apesar do check in ser apartir das 2, pediram-me para esperar um pouco pois o quarto não estava limpo. Esperei 1h até que me informaram q finalmente estava pronto. 2º Ao ler a descrição do estacionamento do hotel fui enduzido em erro, percebendo que o hotel dispunha de algum estacionamento na area numa zona publica. O que deveria dizer é que o estacionamento do hotel é PAGO (8€ por dia). O que eles se referem como "publico e não carece de reserva" é o estacionamento de RUA! em que algumas zonas circudantes são pagas e outras não. 3º no 1º dia do ano não havia agua quente, tive de deixar o hotel sem tomar banho e quando regressei a hora de jantar apesar de já haver agua quente esta aparentava castanha (terra). Apesar de ter adorado o o conforto indiscutivel e o design fantastico provavelmente não voltará a ser a minha primeira escolha na figueira.
