Review 1：The water was cold had to tell the reception twice. One of the beds had crums under the sheets which was disgusting! One of the sheets was stein i dont know what it was and dont want to know luckily i brought my own sheets from home.
Review 2：There are some shady characters that hang around all day and night... They are not loud or anything and seem harmless... In fact I thought in some way they actually add safety to the property...

Review 25：Room does not have a wardrobe/closet. What looks like a closet in the picture is actually a wall. There was very little toilet paper. Not enough for 6 people. Also the ac did not work. Lady at the desk tried to keep my drivers license to give me the remotes one for the tv which the remote didn't work and one for the ac that didnt work. She was very rude. When my husband told the staff about the ac not working they didn't care.Chairs and couches were filthy and stained floor was so dirty like they mopped with dirty water. Shower did not spray water barely came out. I have stayed at hotels in Mexico for the same price (same 3) bed that were way better.
