Review 1：There are stairs everywhere at this resort and the ramps that they had were still quite steep. My mother had recently had her knee replaced and it was pretty difficult for her to get around. There are no elevators, so you have to climb stairs to access any rooms not on the first floor. The resort also seemed like it was a bit older, with some maintenance issues. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot with very little time in between.

Review 2：The beach was very nice at this resort with lovely sand at the shore transforming into an interesting sea bed that's great for snorkeling, although this also makes bringing water shoes a good idea. Overall the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had a great bar and wait staff. The location of the resort is right off of the best reefs for diving and far away from the noise and congestion of down town. The on site dive shop, "Dive House" was nice to work with although they typically ran bout 20 min behind schedule.

Review 3：Based on the rating and the pictures we expected more. The resort is older than it looks in the pictures, water was shut off for a few hours on two days of stay and we were not notified, the menu is pretty much the same every day and doesn't vary much between restaurants, my parents' room had water dripping down the air conditioner and it got all over the floor. The staff that cleaning the room used my wife's perfume (we walked in while the room was being cleaned), the buffet had bees and flees over the food. We reserved a table for the New Years dinner, which required us to purchased a bottle of champagne, but our table was given to other guests.

Review 4：The staff is friendly, the food of the El Patio restaurant is good, the beach is wonderful.

Review 5：It's a family friendly resort, perfect for teenagers but less for young couple. The access to the sea was really rocky. There are many room categories watch out to the garden view ones!!

Review 7：Food and drinks are terrible. Also, food variety is really poor.Staff is extremely slow with the service, you have to ask 3 times for anything. Rooms are pretty old and you hear all noises in other rooms and around. It was definitely and with big difference, the worst place we stayed at in Mexico. Go somewhere else, this place is not worthy for the money it costs.

Review 14：This place was awesome. You can snorkel right outside your room and what a view. The beach was beautiful, the rooms were nice. All our excursions were exciting. Shopping was also fun, make sure you bargain. The people were as nice as can be. We had a great time.

Review 17：their POS could not accept my mastercard for the payment despite everywhere else I do not have had any problems. I had to pay cash with troubles and expenses in collecting cash from ATMS.

Review 18：After turning down the marketing groups advances for breakfast and a 90 minute presentation for 3 straight days we finally caved. What a mistake! We were upfront from the start telling them were were not interested at this time. After 45 minutes I asked if we could be done and they said no. The sales Rep stated we had signed a 90 minute contract so we were not going anywhere. We continued up to the office and Mario sat down at our table again we stated were were not interested. Mario applied more pressure. again we stated we were not interested. As things heated up at the table I stated they were wrecking our vacation and we would never return to there resort. Mario and the Sales Rep finally left our table and after a few uncomfortable minutes another Sales Rep sat down and continued the pitch. After 10 more minutes and 3 more no's. We were finally allowed to leave. We will never return and will be sure tell this story to anyone who ask's about our trip.

Review 19：We thought the staff was awesome. Very pleasant, fun and helpful. Food was OK. And the Grounds were well kept. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Review 24：Significant quality difference between non-renovated rooms and upgraded rooms available only via paid upgrade. Non-renovated rooms were basic and clean but could use a spruce up. Free Wi-Fi in lobby was quite slow. In room free Wi-Fi is pretty standard in vacation spots now, this property should upgrade to this standard.

Review 25：Nice convenient location with a good snorkeling beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was there during an off season week so there were no significant waits for at any of the restaurants or bars.

Review 30：The resort is located a ong ways from town so had to take a cab to go anywhere.There were only 2 restaurants where you ordered off a menu. The food at both was very good but the menu stayed the same each night so for a person who doesn't eat red meat it got boring. One had chicken breast the other only dark chicken.

Review 31：The staff really tried to please. Had a couple maintenance problems but they were fixed immediately. They had a nice workout facility that was clean. My husband enjoyed the 10 dives he had!

Review 32：Food. Absolutely the worse all inclusive experience. Luckily we were able to buy ice cream, fruits, meat at Mega store in Cozumel.

Review 34：our first room in the 200 building had cockroaches and smelled like sewer every time you flushed the toilet or ran water in the sink or tub. we were moved to a lovely suite but we had rain twice and the patio doors leaked flooding the floor. I don't know if they are letting this property run down so the time share salespeople can push the adjacent property or quite what is going on. one last thing tell the time share salesmen to back off Los Cabos is bad enough.

Review 38：The main thing was the musty smell of the room was overwhelming even with the air conditioners running.It even kept me up @ night. The smell hits you as soon as the door is opened. Maybe keeping the AC units on low when unoccupied would help instead of turning them off between guests. The dinner was unappetizing. Warm food was cool. Many of the buffet dishes were almost empty. The food was bland...yes even in Mexico.

Review 39：The location on San Francisco Beach. The staff was willing to help. The rooms had the potential to be very nice with terraces with jetted tubs and the room was spacious. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of foods.

Review 44：The main restaurant was closed off to the secrets resort. I have been here about 17 years in a row and this is the first time it was closed off. The mexican restaurant had a too long of a waiting line. Not enough chairs on the beach. Need to put the volleyball net back where it was and put more chairs on the beach in the same place of the volleyball court like it used to be. The vacation club sucks. This resort was much better years ago before they built the new building they call Secrets. The only difference is they have a little fancier rooms and a little pool river that goes around other than that the people from Secrets would come over to the regular side. They should have to stay on their side if we can't go over there. The new look of the resort is not up to par as it was in years past,

Review 45：Beach Bar, Food was good, location for snorkling was good. No need to go on an trip to a reef. The reef is just beyond the ropes. All the staff was courteous and very helpful and nice. Bed was very comfortable.AC --cold. Cold beer and good mix drinks.

Review 69：When we first arrived, we were immediately hounded by sales people to find out about their new resort next door. It was pretty high pressure, annoying, and a little relentless. Also, the dining was always understaffed for at least one of the restaurants on any given day. I would describe the food as "Mexateria". The entire operation seemed to consist of poorly managed hard working staff. There was noticeable trash on the grounds and a horrible sewer smell across from the kids play area. Poor internet service available only in the lobby. Wifi would frequently crash due to the sheer numbers of users trying to get on the internet. No waitstaff service on the beach or pool. Would not recommend.

Review 70：Staff was friendly. Room was clean and relatively well appointed. Plenty of clean towels for the pool and beach. Main pool was nice. Beach chairs were pretty good. Beach was great.

Review 71：This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please do not offer this hotel any longer. There is no running water, no sheets on the bed, there was so much mold that they tried to cover with bleach that my girlfriend as well as every other guest I stayed with got incredibly sick. I am in the process of talking to the corporate office who owns the hotel ( not a resort ) to get my money back for the plane ticket and the hotel. When I complained about the hotel I was yelled at and told " well you already paid us so it is your fault for picking this hotel " . Also when the best food that is offered to you is a hot dog .. There is something wrong . Please help to remedy this for me and my girlfriend. I use your company to book all my trips and I would hate for this to ruin the trust I have in booking.com
