Review 1：It was a really pleasure to overnight at this hotel. So beautiful, central and smart. Very kind personel. Prices at restaurant Piano were surprisely low comparing with other places nearby.Can really recomend!

Review 2：Poor staff competence level. Likely because reception staff changes frequently and is not properly trained before start of work. Leads to annoyance not to be expected in a 5 star facility.

Review 4：The restaurant is not a 5-stars, actually. The dill in salmon tartar was almost dry and there was a mold on the bread. Also shower holder was broken.

Review 8：The only disappointing matter was the staff attitude when we asked to show us conference halls and facilities for a possible board meeting arrangement in their hotel. The staff was barely polite and / or showed any interest towards our inquiry, which is a shame as this is not what you'd wait when you discuss a possible booking for accommodation of more than 30 people + business meetings and etc....but maybe we just weren't lucky.

Review 9：The hotel is really very nice! The view from the Junior suite room was amazing. All the decoration is very good done, the room and bad were comfortable and the wifi worked properly. There is also a very nice restaurant in the hotel with live music (piano) in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Review 10：Breakfast could be better, not corresponds to 5 stars hotel.. No fresh fruits available in summer time like berries, melon, watermelon, no baking like buns, pies etc... Small choice of food like sausages etc..

Review 33：I expected that Junior suite will be more spacious, but it was a usual double with a terrace. As I understood, a terrace is the only thing different in Junior suites. However, taking into account that the room was nice anyway (although tiny), I would not complain, but would bear it in my mind if booking this hotel again.

Review 34：The Hotel is wonderful. Also, the restaurant is very good and not overpriced. Everything was clean, personnel was nice, location was perfect. WiFi - very fast.

Review 35：It was a bit noisy - some music somewhere. Also it was a bit cold during the night even the heaters were set on max. Also breakfast are far away from 5*hotel. Also instead of ordered double bed, recieved a room with two connected together.

Review 37：Customers are not treated equally at the reception -fair service. Junior Suite for 136 EUR was not a Junior Suite of 34 m2 as promised! The air in the room was stuffy, and furniture was worn off. The bedside table was unstable, and thus fell down during the night crushing a glass. Reception staff treated us as "criminals" by trying to call someone to check whether we should be charged for the broken glass! It was supposed to be a pleasant stay. We paid 150 EUR per night at a 5-star hotel in Vienna, and we received a 5-star treatment there! In Liepaja, 5 stars mean something else.

The waiter was not too competent about the menu, and the quality of the food did not meet our expectations either. Small drinks menu, considering that there are a lot of great cider and wine makers in the region.
