Review 1：Bed was like cardboard. Restaurant/bistro was poorly run. Waitress was out of her element and food for lunch was not good.

Review 2：We were in Saltillo for a wedding. Proximity of hotel to venue was perfect and what we were looking for. Price was fair for 2 rooms with brkfast for 4 at about $155 including tax and based on peso to dollar exchange. We felt safe getting to the hotel at about midnight which was a big plus. Heb (grocery store) and Carls Jr were about 2 blocks from hotel. Wi Fi was excellent and so was AC!

Review 6：Location, you will require transportation to nearby amenities, some noise at night from other rooms(steps and chatting). Service at lobby bar (pizza bistro) was not so available when required (at late service hours)

Review 14：There seemed to be a constant noise like a hot water tank flow on the roof and as we were on the 6th floor (#604) we heard it all night. The day shift were not as friendly as the evening shift - maybe our English was the problem. The roof hot tub was cold again.

Review 15：This was our second time through, the first being in June '13.We liked the secure parking, the roof top terrace and what again was a free breakfast. We found the evening desk person very accommodating. The room was again clean and the property quiet.

Review 19：The ambiance was spectacular. We were on the sixth floor (yes, request it!) so that we walked out of the room into a gym or a beautiful terrace with the jacuzzi. The welcome drink was very inviting as was the staff.

Review 20：Poor signage in from highway was confusing and it didn't show up on our Garmin GPS (not hotels fault) but won't let this stop us from staying here again now that we know where to find it.

Review 21：Everything from the moment we checked in; the young man on the desk was a pleasure and spoke English, the secure underground parking, the cleanliness, the roof top area, breakfast included, the price - all surrounded by a nice safe neighbourhood and stores.

Review 22：The room was much smaller than they say in booking.com. We had to pay more to change bigger room. Door locks they use are like bath room lock type. I felt very insecure. They should care about more security.

Review 23：Booking.com gave us a price that stated that included taxes. When wechecked in, they added taxes again..finally they resolved the issue toour favor, but that was a bit disconcerting.
