Review 1：Lady at check-in in the afternoon was very grumpy, room had a weird stinky smell to it, we were put in a side section of the hotel as the main part of the hotel was booked out by a tourgroup. We also got charged twice by the hotel, I hope this will get fixed soon.

Review 2：The Free Wi-Fi was very quick. The photos & paintings of Blues & Rock artists make for a cool ambiance. The owner seemed like a nice guy but we only met him at check-out.

Review 3：The Hotel appears very popular with the elderly which we found a little off putting together with the owners bizarre collection of clutter.Outside of the side extension the rest of the hotel lacked some updating. Given its great location the owners could do better with their asset.

Review 4：The Hotel is in a great location in a wonderful Luxemburg village. We stayed on the top floor of the newish side extension. The rooms were excellent and the staff efficient and friendly.

Review 23：Whilst the food was fine, on the evening we ate in the restaurant, we suffered from the large number of flies in the restaurant which were annoying and took the enjoyment off the meal. I see from other reviews of the hotel that this has happened before.

Review 32：Bart & Will (the owners) are very friendly and go the extra mile to makesure their customers are happy. They even provided a free musicalevening for a coach full (48) of Welsh tourists to entertain them whilstwe were there. The Superior Rooms are large, quiet and very clean withspacious bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and warm despite the snowoutside. The Jardin du Hercules Poirot restaurant is excellent. The foodis well prepared by the two chefs (one French, the other Portuguese) andprovides a good range of French and Belgian specialities. Their approachis flexible so they will modify dishes to your taste. The wine list islarge and well priced. We had excellent Gevrey Chambertin, Chateau Neufdu Pape, Gigondas, Morgon and Pommard whilst we were there. TheLuxembourg Pinot Gris was delightful as was the Reisling.. Breakfast wasa Dutch/ Belgian style buffet with light fresh croissants, Danishpastries, bread, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, salamiand so on. The lounge was comfortable and there was a large hall wherebigger coach parties could dine and be entertained. Prices for food anddrink were very reasonable and the low overall cost of our stay (4 ofus) surprised us. Car parking was off the road and without charge. Weare going back in the spring for more!
