Review 1：Food (breakfast) needs major improvement. We were served with rotten butter. The kitchen and cafe was undermanned during a busy holiday season.

Review 7：the room furnishings were old and had no coherence. it was like a mishmash of different elements with no theme. the hotel room was like those battered motel rooms in the movies. the bathroom fixtures, tv and ref were also dated and sparse. room phone did have no instructions/notes on numbers in the hotel to call for. every request (extra pillows) you have to pay for. breakfast was a disappointment its not even cafeteria food.

Review 12：1. THE LOCATION IS OK AND OUT FROM THE BUSY LIFE OF THE FAST MOVING WORLD. 2. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING ESPECIALLY MS. ALONA AND MY FAVOURITE FRONT OFFICE STAFF CAMILLE ALONG WITH ALL THE HOUSE KEEPING BOYS AND GIRLS. 3. BREAKFAST CAN BE ALITTLE IMPROVED AS ITS NOT BUFFET BUT CHOICES CAN BE MADE MORE. 4. ROOM AND HOTEL DECOR IS EXCELLENT.
