Review 1：The car is a must here because no restaurants and shops. The kitchen will dish soap and sponge. In the kitchen there is no oven.

Review 2：The pool is beautiful, the water is warm. The sea is 250m. and the beach is unique. The sea is clean and warm. Quiet and secluded place for a wonderful holiday.

Review 3：Facilities, bad kitchen, bad cuttlery, mosquitos and no provided nets, all interior and garden facilities are run down and absolutely not worse the money. Also building new houses in the area so if you're unlucky you will stay next to some construction.

Review 13：Poor service and a lot of mosquitoes. Unwelcoming staff. Garbage bin kept locked and warning messages about 100 pounds penalty if the kitchen is not left cleaned. Does not feel very welcome. There is wireless internet onsite but they do not share it with the guests. They never change towels, bedsheets or add toilet paper. Nearest beach (walking distance) is bad with a lot of sea grass on the beach. You will need a car to get to Pula or any restaurant/supermarket.

Review 39：Resedence Baia Delle Palme is a great place to stay. It is very peacefull and a good place to relax. I really enjoyed my stay in one of these apartments.

Review 40：The apartments are in a stunning garden, with a fabulous swimming pool. It was so quiet and restful. The actual apartment itself was large and had a great balcony.

Review 41：Location not good. Impossible to get around without the car especially if with small children. Sea is not far but you have to walk on the road...

Review 44：The hotel is very quiet and pleasant, even at mid-August. Envolving green area is great. Excellent swimming pool. "Mare Pinnetta" beach is just at one minute drive. Nightlife and restaurants at Pula (just 3Km away).

Review 45：You need the car for everything. There are no shops at walking distance, no nice beaches at a walking distance. One needs a car for everything. The complex is small and the pictures don't really give you a true perspective.

Review 46：Difficult to say, it depends on what you are looking for. Definately a place for families with children or for someone that needs a lot of piece. If you like some music or some movements do not choose this residence or even the area.

Review 47：We were given a first-floor apartment with kitchenette and terrace from which we could watch the moon rise while dining. The swimming pool at the hotel was so comfortable and tempting that I could hardly leave the hotel for one of the nice surrounding beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nicola whom I would like to give a special thanks. We were even allowed to BBQ the fresh fish we bought in the market, as they provided all the equipment!

Review 48：During 10 days towels was not been changed. We asked after a week to change it, reception said ok, but... We get towels on last day, so we didnt even unpacked it. From our sea view apartment (room no 330) on ground flour we could sea view only standing near terrace and the view of sea was very narrow (we are quiet tall), children could not sea view ftom terrace at all, so we payed for sea view but get garden view (lost 300 eur additionaly for 10 days). Rooms are dark and wet, at the end we waited to come back home as towels were wet. No moscitos nets on windows, children and us are with spots till now.

Review 50：The hotel situated in the outskirts with agrarian unkept surroundings more than 5 km from Pula, 1 km fron seaside (no road to come) and more than 3 km from nearest beach, it is difficult to find this hotel even with GPS, there is no clear signs to the hotel on road, only some sign on the stone in the far roadside.. it would be too difficult or impossible to find in dark time. The rooms are renovated, but it seems by unskilled worker.. The appartment has all kitchenet tools but you will not find any toilet paper, sanitary or higiene tools (e.g soap, shampoo, kitchen soap etc) in your appartment.. you have to buy it before comming if you like to use your toilet on arrival. The rooms were not cleaned in all time of our presence, also you have to buy tools for cleaning if you like rooms have clean. So in my conclusion this hotel fits only to those who like to stay in very deep countryside, who like to buy everything and take care for everything during own holiday.
