Review 1：I don't have anything negative to say about our stay.

Review 2：Everything was perfect, from the view from the balcony to the service from the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Review 3：Plumbing fixture ( Toilet) leaked and caused high pitch noise during stay. Thought there would be more privacy on individual terrace patio on bluff. I thought wrong , when two teenagers were able to walk along wall that runs across each terrace patio. Let's just say that if you decide to engage any romance , you will need to close the curtains and eliminate that million dollar view!

Review 5：- Very expensive food - Drinks aren't terribly strong - Guests are unable to go into the beach water closest to the adult pool - The hotel wasn't at capacity at all - would have been nice to get an upgraded room

Review 6：- Pool service is excellent - Food at Agua by Larbi was delicious - Wi-Fi was perfect throughout the resort -Rooms are very spacious, clean and insulated well - Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Review 7：During my stay of 10-08 to 17-08, the service was fantastic. Could not have had better weather or better location for a holiday. The beach is wonderful and the activities the better. The meals are very good and varied. Best place is impossible. The chain already know this & The Maldives, but Los Cabos is also of great quality.

Review 8：The food in every on-site restaurant was over-priced. The only one that came close to being worth the money they charged was the Market restaurant. The food there was out-of-the-ordinary and very good. The service there was outstanding. I cannot say the same for Aqua or Breeze, which were both very average and crazy expensive for what they served.

Review 9：The room and balcony were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, the service was excellent, the gardens, swimming pools, library and gym were all well-maintained and luxurious. All the employees were helpful and gracious. In the evening, when the torches were lit at the entrance, it was truly magical.

Review 17：I did not like everything else and that included service and management. They did not follow up with us when we tried to confirm reservations via phone and email. When we arrived they placed us in a room with long steps down and we had informed them that we needed a easy access with stroller that was why we picked the junior suite beach front. We where advised to take that room type because it would require no steps by one of there reservation people named Will. We had no assigned butler for us (which we should have had). Randim faces showed up telling us they are the butler for that hour??? No one helped in unpacking, or bringing in all the promised services until our 4thnight there. We where not informed about anything throughout our stay. We where not taken care of. No value for the cost of room type we chose. They did not respect the rate that was given by bookings.com. We had spa vouchers that was included with our room, we where not informed about them until the day we where checking out. There is alot more which was quite upsetting. We are not picky or tough travelers as we travel often and stay in different hotels but we where very disappointed especially that we where not taken care of or given the proper treatment fur to us making our booking through booking.com We had friends that booked directly with them in a lower category room. They received full service. They had a consistent butler that was very helpful and informative. And made there stay perfect. We used him for all our Restau and leisure reservations. We where mistreated and we where down graded to a lower room type when we complained about the stairs. They moved us without properly consulting with us. We stopped bothering and just tried to enjoy the rest of our holiday as we where traveling with our 1 yr old, Very challenging and our 4 year old
