Review 1：It's an old renovated building and it shows. It's clean and presentable but rooms are a bit small.

Review 2：Location is very good for someone visiting the higher parts of Serra da Estrela.

Review 3：Totally overpriced, the Hotel exaggerates its daily / nightly rate due to its location (which is meaningless if there is no snow) and the price for the meals is 3 to 4 times more than in Covilha, a town that is 8 km away. Typically this is a Hotel that highlights its incredible views during winter when there is Snow. However it becomes an ordinary Hotel if there is no snowy white wonderland to look out on.

Review 5：The location is great. 10 minutes from Tore. Very nice view. One out of two restaurants in this area is located in this hotel which is very nice.

Review 6：Wi-fi was gratis just for on device,so we had to use the password/internett by turns. It is not (very) soundproof, we could hear the neighbors snoring.

The hotel is very used in winter, but the summer use os overlooked! They should have summer activities organized.

Review 12：Bed very hard, poor bathroom, smell of sewage pipes, noise or poor soundproofing, lac of sockets, poor illumination, only one gadget to free wifi, slow wifi connection, cracks in ceiling and floor. Have to wait 30min for the cook and the baker to eat the breakfast at 07.50 am, when was announced open at 07.00 am. In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel and service.

Review 15：All group was excellent but Mr. Manuel was above and beyond! Great recommendation about places and ideas for make our vacations more enjoyably! Please make Mr. Manuel a Senior Manage because we know how take care the costumes, not just put tie and walking around! For sure if we have time in future for sure I will back because the friendliness and excellent service from Mr. Manuel. God bless!

Review 32：The room hadn't been used for some time by the feel of it. No heating had been left on despite freezing temperatures outside (-2 degrees). Heating was by way of an air conditioning unit that was very weak. We arrived around 2pm and the room was not warm until about 10pm which is quite unacceptable. Also, when my wife emptied the bath, the water came up through a drain in the bathroom floor and flooded the bathroom (although it did go away again quite quickly)

Review 36：Hotel is quite far from Covilha, it is a 20 minute drive on a narrow dark road on the mountain. There is one restaurant and two bars within walking distance. All the services have to be paid for additinally (pool, breakfast, etc), breakfast is quite overpriced.
