Review 1：Hotel is not worth the price! Too costly, not worth the money! Picturesare not what it actually looks. Frontdesk staff are the worst fo ever.Hotelis soooo noisyyy! People's voices heard on corridors, esp kidsplaying and swimming in the pool. Nightmare!

Review 5：The heater just switched off, most likely because of not having a circuit breaker so the connection tripped. For safety of guests, a circuit breaker must be installed before the heater is plugged in. Also, have a breakfast buffet to receive all 10 stars on our next visit.

Review 7：No cleaning service. At least in my case. Very moderate breakfast. Lack of basic items in the room - just 1 piece of toilet paper (asked for more - they brought me one more :-), 1 piece of shampoo, etc. Ordered Junior suit but they tried to put to me ordinary room which is very small. Spent some 1 hour discussing, finally got what I requested.

Review 9：I requested for a room at the ground floor in my booking since my wife was a PWD (polio) but was disappointed when we were given a room at the 3rd floor and there was no service elevator. I tried asking for a transfer but the staff did not even tried looking for a room to swap with our reservation. If you have senior citizens or PWD's don't go to this hotel. The heater in our bathroom was not functioning. I had to request for repair. It was changed 3x during our 2-day stay. Unfortunately, it conked out on the very last day while we were about to take shower during a cold December weather. We had no choice except to take a cold shower. There was no WIFI in the room. You had to go to the public areas (lobby, swimming pool area) to get WIFI signal. It was a letdown on their part because we were expecting internet connection in our own room. There was a squeaking sound coming from our bed whenever you make movements. It was really a disturbance and it really ruined our vacation because the sound was disturbing while you were resting.

Review 10：We got a Junior Suite Room. It was big and spacious. The room was clean. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Staff were courteous.

Review 13：We weren't expecting that the beach front was not a swimmable one. If you want an early good night sleep or sleeping in, don't take the first floor rooms. People tend to hang out till 10 pm at night so they tend to be loud. Some family with young kids swim early and they tend to get too excited to swim also. So, forget about sleeping in.

Review 14：The staff were really courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was clean. The food in restaurant were good. It is a home cooked meal indeed plus the price was just right. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. Towels were soft. It was far enough from the busy crowd of beach goers.

Review 15：Their dining staff had a mistake in taking my order. I had chosen bacon but served me with corned beef and she didn't even offered to just changed it. She just let me accepted it, but of course I did not eat it.
