Review 1：There is not air-conditioning!!! Avoid it when it's hot! Bed matrass quality not that good. Breakfast is awful.
Review 2：Clean. Spacious! Conveniently situated in the city center. You can park close to the entrance. Kind personnel that gives fans when it's hot!
Review 3：bathroom was very small and bed mattressess are worn out. One elevator was prone to getting stuck and you had to play with the buttons to get it working again. Very concerning for those of us that don't like elevators to begin with.
Review 4：Hotel was nice, very nice views of the city and river from my room. Nice breakfast and excellent staff. Easy location with a fairly secure parking lot, has a guard on the lot at all times. Within walking distance to several resturants, shopping, and major parks.

Location Price Food This hotel was a joy as it is quirky and different from all the corporate chains in the UK. For under £40 a night, I ate well, slept well and enjoyed the surroundings. Those giving adverse feedback on this place are clearly unrealistic in expecting 5 star standards at 1 star prices. I'll be back.

Review 28：Rooms are cold and need some time to get it warm. We visited Pila during chilled weather. Restaurant staff is not very professional. I have got stinking beef. Our waiter not accepted my complaint. He smelled the beef and said it is fresh and OK (!). Was not! House red wine was not on the shelf. We was forced to choose an expensive bottle instead without any compensation. Breakfast bread was not fresh and rolls even worse. Otherwise the breakfast was OK.
