Review 1：We got a smoking room despite a reservation for non smoking.... It seems non smoking policy is not enforced Limited choice for diner Wi fi is poor

Review 2：The room are very big, modern style with great view on the rice field. Very good value for money as it is new and was so far a lunch restaurant for groups or organized tours I think this new place is very good and should improve as they get feedback

Review 3：The food was on the pricey side (Rs1500) for a buffet and the options were very limited and it was nothing special. Water (Rs 220 a litre) and beer (Rs 495) were also expensive. WiFi is also extremely slow, to the point of frustration.

Review 4：Beautiful bedroom with amazing view, very clean. There are a lot of young staff members which was refreshing and fun, and all staff are friendly and very to help. You can rent a bicycle for a day for Rs500 and cycle to and through the ruins which works very well. There is not much to do in polonnaruwa so it was the perfect place to relax.

Review 5：However, the rooms would definitely require bed nets because there are many mosquitoes (many rice fields in close proximity to the area). Excellent room rates, but food of poor quality and food and drinks too expensive.

Review 8：The personnel of the hotel was very friendly with us in special Akila, Tharanqa and overall Uditha. Every time we wanted something (car,motorbike, etc) they complied us or arrenged what we needed. Thanks to them we felt special.

Review 9：Some of the food was really good but some was quite horrible (but it was food that this country is not known for -- my fish was fried to within an inch of its life and it was THE strongest tasting fish I have ever had).

Review 11：Everything is brand new and clean. Very spacious room and bathroom. Warm welcoming and personnel ready to help in everything you need. No hiden cost as in many places in Sri Lanka and was possible to pay by credit card with no commission charged. Great sleep with views to the green and superb breakfast.
