Review 1：Even though a non smoking resort someone in a room nearby was smoking as we could smell it. Understand this is very hard to police.

Review 2：Liked that 2 bedroom units had 2 bathrooms with large bath. Loved entertainment facilities, pool table, squash courts, mini golf and indoor pool as it was winter.

Review 3：It's very old and tired. Needs a make over in the rooms looks like most of the updating has occurred in landscaping and the pools.

Review 5：no bar no restaurant too many rules fee to clean up your room had to dispense of own food scraps etc or get fined thirty dollars extra toilet paper tea bags had to be paid for no tissues or bathproducts disgraceful for a resort prefer to stay at Crown more value for money $ 200 a night for nothing !! couldn't wait to get home felt like a prison with their so many rules !!

Review 13：Adult room needs updating maybe a TV to watch sport and a iPod for music. Plus the decor is very outdated. We also had a $200 deposit taken on arrival and informed it would be refunded at checkout. However on checking out we were told it was to be held by the Bank as a bond to be released by the Bank in 5-7 Days. We have never experienced a wait with any other Hotel or Resort. This process could do with a review.

Review 14：Awesome little treat of box of Chocolate and sparkling Wine left for us as we where on Honeymoon. Very quiet and clean. Great kids room for Family's a big Yes!!!

Review 15：Sad that no free internet provided. Free Wi-fi should be everywhere nowadays. This resort needs more maintenance, renovation, everything is old in the rooms. The bond-taken straight away but then you have to wait 3 to 5 working days to get it back?

Review 19：The television kept going fuzzy and glitchy. Air conditioning didnt seem to work at all. The front desk was not open very long so by the time we noticed anything wrong we had no one to call. Beds were okay but pillows need renewing.

Review 21：Ivan waited back several hours after his shift to greet us as our journey was impeded and then helped us with our bags, offered a breakfast option and held a pleasant disposition, wonderful service and excellent after sales service, will recommend to anyone.

Review 24：This feels very closed in. Gates to get to and from the room. Reception closes early. There is no smoking anywhere on the property so my partner had to leave the grounds to smoke. Not ideal if you like a bit of freedom.

Would love to have spent a couple more days and will definitely come back in the summer to make full use of what is on offer, the BBQ areas looked fantastic.

Stayed with our 2 grandsons and they were well catered for with the fantastic pool and games room!! Loved that there was the shopping centre across the road for all our needs also. Review 68：Great big outdoor pool but also loved the small indoor pool as it allowed us to swim indoors while it was stinking hot during the day. We had the 2BR apartment and we found it really spacious. We settled in very well within minutes and could have stayed for months!

Review 69：Bed in master really hard, spa was cracked do we couldn't use it. Decor in dated colours but all facilties worked apart from spa. Kitchen fan doesn't get kitchen fumes out, open a window as it works better. No tvs in bedrooms only a single one in lounge. Had to pay to Use pool towels which meant we couldn't swim til admin opened up at 9am.

Review 70：Amazing pools, great for young and old. Over 4 spas around the pool outside, relaxing and great temperature. Gardens clean and tropical looking, you forget your in Mandaurah. Staff - Paula at from desk very friendly, extremely helpful. Unit fully contained- washing machine modern and dishwasher new and kept Very clean. Awesome stay!!! Thankyou

Review 71：There was no indication that it was a time-share.Had we been aware we would not have stayed there. No meals and certainly not what we expected. Reception staff poor. Never had to pay a bond at any place I have ever stayed in Australia or overseas!!!
