Review 1：I didn't like that I had go and wished I booked an extra night.

Review 2：Great views great staff. It was my birthday and they discovered from my passport and they made me feel very special by giving me the bathrobe swim set and bag all displaying the hotel logo as a gift to take home. Great good and wines too.

Review 3：The road between hotel and lake rather busy. The air conditioning/heating only worked on one evening but fortunately in October we didn't really need it.

Review 5：I Called in English, receptionist couldn't answer properly, couldn't find my reservation, couldn't book the spa, told me would call me back and never did !! Finally I had my girlfriend call back in Italian. They gave us a room that was not yet cleaned, sheets were still dirty, we moved rooms but didn't offer any discount not even a free drink! Spa hall is COLD, you freeze going from 1 spa to the other, they charge 5 Euros for loaning bathrobes, 10 Euro for a Spa which is NOT Heated properly. No English, French or international TV channels. It does feel the hotel is counting cents and saving on service, wouldn't rate it as a 4 star.

Review 22：This hotel has design themes provided the local prestigious Leisure Craft Builder RIVA. Our Superior Double Room was simply beautiful, and enormous. The luxury is far above anything we have experienced in Europe. I would thoroughly recommend visiting.

Review 23：Water damaged ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Insufficient bar staff to cope with the many guests waiting at the bar. Reception desk located directly opposite the bar but staff not interested / took no action. 16 euros for a 'rubbery' tomato and sliced mozzarella (cold) starter. Had it tasted fantastic, then all well and good but the tomato had no flavor and was dry. Breakfast opened at 07:30 and many guests had already arrived. The scrambled egg container was empty and the fried egg dish contained a single lonely egg which by appearance had long ago given up. Reception personnel were completely disinterested. Juice containers were empty as was the cheese tray. I suspect that the high score on booking.com was attained not long after the hotel was first opened and had sufficient staff to cope. Main road located directly in front of the hotel / before the Lake.

Review 24：Looks like 20 years without any investment into the hotel. Everything pretty old. Air condition didn't work even in a suite. Advertisement perfect, but the reality very poor. The dinner in thai style was really funny. The cook was probably sick or should be fired :-)

Review 26：We booked a room with a lake view and we got a room with a poor view blocked by the garden so we weren't able to see the lake as promised and when we mentioned that to the reception she said that they have a room with a better view but its cost more!! We had to pay 30 euro more to lake view even though we already paid for that! It wasn't fair at all!

Review 28：The location is otherwise in the middle of nowhere, so if you think you will mosey on over to a neighbor taverna in lieu of the hotel restaurant. Unless you got wheels then expect at least half an hours walk to get to any centre where you can find a taverna or kiosk...

Only the shower was hot enough in the spa area. The viewfrom the pool area is not as nice as in the pictures. The music isboring. There is little furnature to invite you to sit in the outdoorarea. The dining room should have been better dressed. The Italian mealwas good. The fish excellent. The gnocchi adequate. The dessert was notmemorable I would expect a spa hotel to have nice toletries. There wasnothing special provided. No cream, no conditioner, just some strangepackets for q/tips and such to make the hotel design uniform. For a spahotel and the price it was not enough value for money.

Review 93：Rooms were spacious; staff were generally friendly, happy and helpful; everything worked and was aesthetically pleasing. The kids enjoyed the pool (careful on the slippery floor though - use the slippers which the hotel provides for this purpose!). This is not the most scenic (mountainous) area of Lake Iseo but it is easy to get to these areas to the North of the lake (we had a car).
