Review 1：The wifi was a bit slow in our room, but better in the communal areas.
Review 2：Very friendly host and hostess who make your stay very personal. Nice big and clean room with a private bathroom.
Review 3：Serendipity is very nicely renovated giant family house. The rustical style and very friendly personal give very homely feelling to your stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, so you really can rest there after having the day in crowded Florence. The location is very good also for exploring Chianti and Arezzo. And you can find really good restaraunt so near! We loved the place and will return for sure!
Review 4：Very difficult to find at night. Owners do not list cellular, so if they're not there you can't talk to anyone. Winter: heat is turned on during the evening but you wake up in a very cold room.

Review 9：We are a group of four adult 4 kids. Randomly found this place on booking.com . Was not expecting much and was going to stay.only one day. But ended up stayed three nights We had wonderful time and owners so kind so nice Just cannot be better Love every min staying there
Review 10：The owners are very nice and kind people. Their attitude predisposes you to feel at home. The house itself is a historical monument, but very well renovated and furnished with taste. Interesting mix of past and present. Special thanks to the lady of the house-Elvi. We will again nice to stay in this house at our next visit to Tuscany. The location is a convenient starting point for visiting Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Assisi, San Gimignano
