Review 1：The big mistake is that they dont have elevator for the superior rooms, you will have to carry all your bags , i had to carry them for two floors. The reception was not welcoming, i was asking them about where to go and the answer was : i dont know and just gave us booklet in their language ?. So you are in your own and she make me feel bad for asking.

Review 2：The room superior room is great space and has great view and spacious terrace. I didnt try the breakfast but it looks good . You will have your parking for free which is good.

Review 3：- The hotel is just a few meters away from the railroad so one should expect a lot of noise from passing by trains! - The location of hotel seemed to be ok from photos because the hotel faces from one side to the lake, however, the other side is totally ugly facing the railroad. Moreover, one can have the same view to the lake from elsewhere with better access road to the hotel and a more quiet place! - The room is definitely not a four-star hotel room! The bed and all furnitures are old and the room, bathroom and toilet were not really clean. The rooms walls were at some place damaged! The room needs definitely a renovation! -The bed, pillows and blankets were not comfortable at all. - There is nothing in the room even coffee or tea just a water boiler! The fridge was empty! - The personal are not very helpful at all! When I asked for some tea because there was a water boiler but no tea, I was told it is possible only against charges! This is not a four-star hotel service at all but one will be charged like a 5-star hotel! -The way to the hotel is really confusing even using a GPS, because the road is under construction! We had to wait 30 min till the lorry cleared the way so we could reach the hotel for the check-in! - It is amazing to see that almost all hotel's guests are arabs! I felt like being in Saudi :) - For 250 Euro per night we expected much much better hotel with good amenities! But we were totally disappointed! - Even the place is not that amazing as we thought. Lakes like Achensee are much more beautiful! - The town does not worth a visit and finding a decent place to eat would not be easy! The hotel does not offer lunch and we went to a Pizzeria which was still open with the worst pizza ever! This hotel is by far the worst overnight stay we ever had! It is just expensive!

Review 21：The first night we were treated like second rate guests as we had not paid for dinner to be included however wanted to eat in the restaurant. Our table was not laid, we were not given water, our food was over cooked or cold and the waiter was rude and arrogant. The spa we had been promised had 2 saunas 2 steam rooms and some plunge pools. All but one day only the 1 sauna was functioning, and on the day they turned on more still all was not up and running. The bed appeared to have bed bugs as every night i would wake up with bites down the side of me i had slept on however my partner on a separate mattress did not. The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel and thus supplied you with a kettle but no tea bags or coffee or milk. The manager was rude and would call out things from her office but not come to discuss things when we were talking to reception. It was a real shame, that what makes a 4 star they fell down on and the view appears to be the only thing that carries it through. Having spoken to other guests, they were having a similar service, and a couple who appeared to have gone frequently over the years agreed it had gone down hill. Such a pitty

Review 22：The hotel has the most beautiful view and location which at times made up for everything else. Being able to have breakfast over looking the lake was amazing.

Review 23：1- The women at the reception is so rude. Any request we mention, TheAnswer " No " always the reply before even checking. Althoughthe guy who usually worked after the that lady shift is ended is nicerbut he is new and got the wrong teacher. Ex: We requested a tooth brushwhich should be available at any 4* hotels but the reply was"NO". Later, I asked the housekeeping, she gave me 2 with asmile. I also asked for a room close to my family because mine waslocated on another building .. the lady replied with anger why youdidn't you request it earlier. It is not my fault. I replied gently,my lady I am asking you to try to find a room even if not today. Shethen replied I will check tomorrow and get back to you but my trip endedand I never got that "get back".

Review 28：There are lots of down side to this property. This hotel is so bad in terms of cleanliness. On the other hand, one of the staff was really rude when we arrived we didn't like our room and we asked for upgrade. He refused to upgrade us and insisted to wait till the next day to ask the manager to do that then when we asked him is there any availability he said yes there are 2 rooms according to our specifications available. When we approched the lady the next day early morning she said I can't upgrade you right now because no room is available. When We told her the gentleman yesterday said there is. She said he reserved them for new customers. We were really angry. Then she said someone will chech out and promised us she will transfer us to other room. Anyways I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Review 46：The city centre needs a little pass (5 to 7 minutes, but this is not a problem), in room wi-fi worked only in the corner of the room, a drying room for skis is not very comfortable, the breakfasts are very similar and do not correspond Alpine 5 stars, dinners are also not impressed. The price in January inflated, this property should be valued in the summer.

Review 66：The Internet is very slow. If you are coming to the hotel for the first time using a car with a navigation it will be confusing because the hotel is located on an internal road which is after the train track.

Review 68：Very small rooms (because of additional bed we could barely open the balcony), personnel unwilling to fix our claims, thin walls (and therefore we could easily understand what our neighbours talk about), balconies so close to each other, that after our neighbour started to smoke on the balcony, we had smoke in our room within a minute.

Review 80：In brief, this place became at the top of the worst hotels I have visited for over 15 reasons: 1- limited type of food in the breakfast. 2- Staff do not help at all during the breakfast you have to do all things. 3- I found an insect in the jam. 4- I found a hair in the sugar. 5- The reception close at 9:30pm! 6- staff are not friendly at all. 7- The only good thing is the view and even with that they close the outdoor tables early so you must have your dinner inside the hotel! 8- I ordered a coffee in my room and the waitress told my: If you want me to bring it to your room you have to be pay 10 EUROS CASH for this serves!!!!! 9- The mini bar is empty and that's strange for 4 star hotel! 10- Usually 4 and 5 stars hotels welcoming you in your room by some fruit but they are not! Nothing at all not even a bottle of water! 11- Overall, the furniture is bad and the cleanliness is too low. lots of killed insect in the wall so you can see spots of blood 12- They do not put a cleaning materials at the room, they only put GEL they call it 3/1 to clean your hands and face and shampoo in the same time. 13- My reservation was for DOUBLE room and they give me a twin bed covered by one sheet to be as a double bed! 14- They do not put (DO not Disturb) so in every morning they annoying as by knocking the door and enter the room if you do not answer!! 15- in the last day they had a elevator maintenance and they did not tall as about it. So I had to take my luggage down using the stairs with no help from the hotel staff! I wrote all of these as I paid too much, around 300 EURO/night, for a 4 STAR hotel and I found all these things!! this is not a place to stay in with comfort at all.
