Review 1：The shower enclosure had extremely bad smell. Truly disgusting, we could not even use it since the smell was sickening. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Review 7：Swimming pool and the surrounding area was very, very poor. False grass, a pool that was raised - so you had to walk up stairs to it, the garden furniture very poor. This let the hotel down.

Review 13：When we arrived, there was nobody to help with Luggage. The WiFi connection is terrible, if it is working at all it is incredibly slow. Breakfast is completely self service (including cutlery) - reminder that this is a 4* hotel. Rooms are old fashioned and need a complete overhaul. Not really walking distance from center. We will for sure not be staying there again, even though we go to Prato 2 times a year.....

Review 41：If you are a smoker or like heavy fragrance constantly sprayed to coverthe cigarette smoke, you might like this hotel.We woke up at 1:30 am with our lungs absolutely burning and barely able to breath. We opened the window to try and get some fresh air, but with the freeway noise so loud we couldn't go back to sleep. Needless to say, we checked out in the morning asap! Also, the beds were so old (two twins pushed together) they had depressions in them that you sunk into and couldn't move out of. Awful! We would NEVER recommend this hotel!

Review 45：1) We are visiting this hotel once a year (since 1995), it certainly is not a 4 star hotel as described in booking.com. 2) During this time period the service at the reception has improved a bit but the service at the breakfast restaurant is getting worse. 3) The offered breakfast is certainly below average Italian standard of a 4 star hotel (not mentioning countries like Austria or Switzerland). 4) Due to the restauration of the nearby Museum of Modern Art the parking situation is a nightmare. We therefore had to take a garage at additional costs (8 Euro per night) 5) In total: it's not a good value for money.

Review 46：1) Ideal location of the hotel if you arrive by car from the motorway. 2) With some luck you can get a relatively quiet room. 3) Easy access by bus to the historical centers of Prato and Florence. 4) In contrary to former times WLAN/Wifi in the room worked fine.
