Review 3：The kitchen was closed for the holiday. So no meals. I have no idea when our room floor was last washed. 5 hours outside the hotel and still the room was not cleaned.
Review 4：It has mosquito that bite my son from his face to his legs, I was sad... I hope they can get rid of the mosquitoes..

Review 6：Everything especially cockroaches, dirty room and headache parking. Never again and will not recommend at all. The owner/ manager (looks Chinese) is rude as well when the guard is trying to help us with direction he told him to go back to his job. We didn't ask for help but he is kind enough to ask if we needed help while we are looking at our map which the hotel staff ask us to pay for 100 pesos, it is nothing but then we found out it is free anywhere else like Ric's restaurant. Very bad experience. Lesson learned never book more than one day unless you already know the hotel because there's a lot better places to stay once you get to your destination. It is easy to pack your stuff and change hotel to a more comfortable and nicer place with the same amount. They are not here in booking.com, we were surprised to know.

Review 8：The toilet bowl is so dirty and i was disgusted. Its seems like they are not cleaning it after their guests left. Coz in our room more dirt on the toilet bowl. They didnt see to it that before another guest will occupy the room they must clean everything especially this part. the matresses are old and some have stain.

Review 10：The thing the I like staying on this place is its very convenient,like you don't need to catch another transport if you want to go shopping .in short few steps away for most everything.
Review 11：We found a small cockroach in our bedroom, and because my wife cannot sleep imagining these insects crawling all over her, I requested for a change of room which the staff readily obliged to. I had to inspect 3 other rooms which were all found to have cockroach inside. Only on the 4th one did the room passed our inspection. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and in my opinion it will be greatly improved with a fresh coat of paint, new floor tiles and fumigation.
Review 12：The location is very convenient-- close to Ayala Harbor Point and SM Olongapo as the website claims. This is vital as both malls offer a variety of shops and restaurants, so you will not be wanting for food or other personal necessities. Also, just beside the hotel is a pharmacy.

Review 23：Went into the hotel without any lobby receptionist greeting good evening hello welcome etc nothing no smiles then receptionists were not helpful I asked the difference in the rooms I wasn't guided I had to be the one to see for my self each rooms. My reservation was just deluxe but when I went i side it was so small , dusty and dirty that's why I asked for bigger room upon seeing the bigger room yes it was bigger but still dusty and linens bedsheets were really dirty ref was dirty and aorconitionibg unit was super noisy like a boat or train machinery the worse hotel I've tried . I asked for hangers it took them 40 minutes , the light bulb was busted , the phone where o would call the room service and reception was static and noisy I couldn't even contact them and took always a long time the phone was lousy calling them was a nightmare in the morning ordering breakfast took 1 hour the c.r sink got stucked up the shower was either tooooo hot or toooo cold all in all lousy!!!!! Dirty!!!!noisy aircon and they charged 100 for every 1 pillow 100 for extra blanket many hidden charges even our coffee that the room service said was free we were charged horrible I pity the young room attendants they were full of energy but obviously they were under poor management

Review 29：The parking slots available are pretty limited; there are only 5-6 slots available for guests. I accidentally found small roaches when I opened the drawer of the study desk in our room. No phone was made available for us in the Superior room. We have to go all the way down to the front desk to request for assistance. Moreover, the staff needs to be more friendly and warm to their guests.
Review 30：For PhP1,800, we were able to get two comfortable, queen-sized beds with the Superior room. The wifi speed was also pretty good, as well as the tooth care kits that they supplied for free (they felt comfortable to use). The room doesn't smell old and musty, which is a plus for young children with asthma. The hotel is pretty accessible overall; it's a stone's throw away from SM Olongapo and a local hospital.

Review 32：The hotel is well-located, just a few minutes walk to the Freeport area. Very reasonable price, especially compared to hotels inside the Freeport zone. SM is a few minutes' walk from the hotel for shopping and eating. Also many small restaurants all around. Comfortable beds. Rooms are small but adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Review 33：Cleanliness of hotel. It seems that the bedsheets were not changed upon our arrival. It has bloodstains on it. Facilities were also not good - cable tv has limited channels on it, room do not have a window which was advertised otherwise. The hallway smells smoke.

Review 39：It was very noisy. We asked the staff kindly when quite time is (they made all the noise, singing, yelling and listen to music). They told us by 12pm they will be quiet, but it went all the way through until after 1am. Finely when we fell asleep they start talking very loudly, running and yelling again just after 5 am. We might have another experience of this hotel if we were place on another floor and not the ground floor.
Review 40：This is the third time I stayed at Cindy Kelly but I had not previously noticed the build up of mould around the taps and shower runners. The other room I stayed at had better dimensions. This one I could not comfortably sit at the desk to work on my computer. The bathroom fan did not work. The laundry took two days to process for 600 pesos. The same load outside took 24 hours for less than 100 pesos. Last year my impression had been favourable but I must change that.

Columban church is just at the back of the hotel..There is also an eatery just at the side of the hotel which is open for 24hrs incase your tummy needs to fill-in in the wee hours of the night...For it's price, it is very comfortable to stay in this hotel. Very clean..Nice comfort room plus the hot/cold shower functions well...The tv is also already an LCD flatscreen plus internet has a good connection...We will surely stay again in this hotel the next time we travel in subic..
Review 112：They only give you 1 keycard and you need to deposit 500 pesos to have the keycard. We booked 2 rooms and the first room has a non functional air conditioning. The second room has a non functioning door keycard reader.

The internet never worked in the room and was extremely slow at the reception. no food served so had to look for food every morning and night. I will not go back again.
