Review 1：I noted there is a no pet policy and I plan to travel in the future with a very small dog and this may prevent my return. Also my room had a frig and I normally pick hotels with frigs and microwaves. I see I would have to spend a lot more money to get a room with a microwave. In the US the simplest of hotels have both and it makes eating in the room simpler, which I prefer.

Review 2：location, facility, basically everything

Review 3：the key mechanism was not working so i had to wait for several minutes to get back into my room shortly after checking in. At the end of the night, the bartendar was rude about serving my party & I in the lobby bar.

Review 4：the room layout for the inexpensive upgrade but the bed was not too comfortable. the staff was extremely friendly & accomodating.

Review 5：Need more parking space or safe parking options. Front desk attendants not very friendly frustrated with customers not very informative. When asked a question I was referred to the electronic kiosk on the wall. There were a few weddings/celebrations-were not told of loud music, our room was right by one of the parties till 3 am. Ear plugs needed, they did have blocked room, upon request, who would've known; not offered or an option at time of check in.

Review 7：Reception took forever to attend us. Then when we went up again to the reception to ask a quick question both receptionist saw that we were standing there and they continued to finish their conversation. I would say that was rude of them to do. A little more training would be nice.
