Review 1：The restaurant it's kind of desorgansized, no coffe unless you ask ,for it the food it's little bit cold, as well as the restaurant in this winter time,no spoons to serve the buffete,and no Enough PAN DULCE only at 9:00 in Sunday (it's expected to be a busy day, isn't? )

Review 4：This was the worst experience ever. We booked in advance to secure our rooms. We checked in at 3:40 check in was3, only 1room was ready,we had a total of 5rooms. Went to go eat got back at 5:40still no rooms. Horrible service from check in staff

Review 6：I had booked 3 double rooms 1 month in advance but when we arrived at 3:30 pm they says there weren't any rooms available and only one was ready but it only had a single bed. We traveled driving for 2.5 hours and planned to get there shower and get ready for our event. They said we could all (7 of us) do so in the one room then return the key and later that night our rooms would be ready. After getting our reserved rooms, the floors were super dirty (we wore white socks to walk around and they were dirt brown after only taking a few steps in the room), there were hairs (not ours) on the pillows when we checked in and when I woke up in the morning I had a giant spider bite on my torso.

Review 8：Only bad part was that our bed was hard as a rock. The pillows made up for it though lol. I like a firm bed but this was extra extra firm.
Review 9：Our stay was short and sweet but we had a great time. The bellboy brought our bags to our room and got us set up with taxi service to and from our venue. The hotel is secure and friendly. We will always stay here when we come to Mexicali :)
Review 10：The bed was a bit stuff for my comfort! And while booking on my phone, they did not indicate needing to pay in Mexican exchange when given the option to pay "cash". I brought US dollars which I needed to exchange for Mexican money.

Review 16：The room. I read some reviews about the AC and they were right. The hallways are very hot. The room was always humid, my hair was frizzy by the time i left the room. Someone had to go in and reset the ac. It had to be set extremely low because anything a little higher would make the air come out cool, not cold. By the last night, we slept in a freezing but humid room, not great specially when you have a 5 month old baby. I hope they fix this because everything else was great.
