Review 1：we booked and paid for a family of 5 and although we were advised that there would be no bedding for the kids so we knew to bring our own, there were no towels for the kids in the unit either. There were 2 towels for 5 paying people. Maybe ask at reception for extra towels for the unit if you have more than 2 people.

Review 3：Could not work out why the people near the pool area had use of a Free BBQ whilst where we were we had to pay for the BBQ . It seemed a little unfair on some and not others also at a lot of places these days they offer free WI-FI . for as long as you are there ?

Review 5：They didn't clean the bins ,not satisfy with sanitary service, milk, soap, toilet papers , towels not enough for the whole period and total number of adults but they charge even the kids as adults .

Review 7：Just all a little tired around the edges. Need to re vamp the cabins. Curtains torn and shabby. Repairs not really up to scratch. Double bed very hard and not comfortable.

Review 9：Too many little things needing attention, like curtain hooks missing from half the rings. Had to use pegs to keep the curtains closed. Screen door lock broken. Sliding bedroom door off its rail. Shower head loose and pointing in wrong direction when made tight. Missed having a lounge chair and had to sit on kitchen chairs to watch TV

Review 10：Comfortable with an air conditioner that actually worked. Nice bed, nice TV, good cooker.

Review 11：Firstly our cabin didn't have a screen door which was a bit annoying. Secondly, there was no ladder to the top bunk (it was missing) for the kids, which is actually a OW&S issue as it made the bed really unsafe. I would think it would be a requirement by law? Lastly, the shower was dirty & full of bugs so it obviously hadn't been checked prior to our arrival.

Review 13：Unfortunately the caravan park is located near a very busy major intersection so there is a lot of road noise.A brick fence could assist with blocking some of the noise.

Review 16：We always endeavour to stay at a Big4. The majority of Big 4's are always clean and tidy and well set out. We have always come across pleasant and very helpful staff. The receptionist that attended to us at Crossroads in Mildura was awesome. Thank you.

Review 17：Booked on line with 2 kids. Kids beds had not been made. And air conditioner was so loud and rattled the whole cabin when it turned in and out and the window next to the kids bed was jammed open a inch and was 1 degree that night. Unit smelled like smoke

Review 19：Staff was great thank you, the grounds were great well main tained, but would of liked the cabin to be more cleaner and more main tained. The Internet was only good for 24 hours not for the hole stay.

Review 20：The aircon dinner was extremely noisy, shaking the whole cabin when working, the upholstery on the chairs was cracked and worn, they gas oven would not light , no operating instruction for using the gas stove, extremely dangerous to those unfamiliar with gas stoves.

Review 23：I booked for 5 people- there was no bed made up on the top bunk, and kids had to share the double bed. Had to wait for service on arrival even when I rang the bell twice. No hot water- it was less than Luke warm= very cold in my books.
