Review 1：First of all double room does not become a triple room if you simply add a portable bed. if you pay for a triple room you should have triple bed in the room and also dimensions has to be bigger. Coldest hotel room especially bathroom i have ever seen. İt is inoppropriate to yell and rebuke a staff in front of the guests for a small reason.(for nothing).

Review 3：We came there for holidays but when we wanted to finish our breakfast we were asked to leave because "it was already 10 a.m.".That was unkind.

Review 4：It was difficult to locate. There's a small sign about 1 km out of town but it is easy to miss, especially in the dark. The post code and road name cover a large area, so GPS satnav gave up more than a K from the hotel.

Review 10：We had a family room.very large with to different and separated spaces one for children and another for us. Beds were really comfortable and the bath large and clean. We have stopped there on the way to the South after a long way driving at the end of July: the place was quite and fresh at night.

Review 11：The property is extremely tired and the staff is clueless to the fact that it is tired. The breakfast was atrocious The property needs a full cleaning and all new bedding. The pool and the lounge chairs were fine.

Review 14：People who work there are wery kind. We have some car trouble and they helped us to find a mechanic. The pool is great, rooms are comfortable and nice.

Review 15：It was very hot so the pool was just what we needed after a long journey from Arezzo. A wonderful stop over if you are travelling by car. it is quite far off the main autostrade but worth it.

Review 19：We slept here one night on our way to the South. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice furniture. You can adjust the room temperature and there is an additional heater in the bathroom. Breakfast was alright, though in a rather cold room. Very nice people working there.

Review 20：One night the alarm went off at 3:00 am. Apparently set off by another resident & no staff around to turn it off. Trying to communicate that the next day was very difficult. No compensation for 3 hours of dealing with alarm

Review 22：If you arrive with a car, be ready to get lost between confusion of roundabouts and missing directions. Shower bottoms slippery with no secure handles to hold onto. Very expensive restaurant.

Review 25：that booking.com does not have a filter showing when only small pets are accepted. We arrived late in the day, in the middle of the countryside. We could have been turned away, could you please amend your filter?
