Review 1：Wifi was not working, food portions in their restaurant were rather small, breakfast was just "ok" but could be improved.

Review 5：We came here to have a retreat like night to celebrate our anniversary. While the room was nice, there was nothing to do. No bar and the restaurant is a horribly lit room with a handful of tables. The food is incredibly expensive especially compared to the quality AND quantity (imagine a kids size plate of food). While it wasn't "terrible" it was just way overpriced. 2 meals here cost more than our room. Not to mention it was in the middle of nowhere in urumbamba which is 1.5 hours from the bus station and downtown. It cost 80-100 soles ($25-31 usd ) one way from Cusco.

Review 11：We loved the expanse of this place, the quiet, the gorgeous spacious villas and the price was very reasonable. All the nicer properties in Ollantytambo were full so we decided to venture further away and the Hacienda was well worth the $10 taxi ride to go there.

Review 29：What a beautiful place! I'm sad I was not there longer to enjoy the huge bathroom, bedroom suite with a gorgeous mountain view, and the surrounding gardens! It's a great little wedding or honeymoon spot& close to ollantaytambo :)

Review 32：The road to get there is horrible. Unbelievable for a hotel at this level. They should provide transport to the nearby towns or fix the road as taxis do not want to go there. There was not one available when we wanted to leave. You are forced to eat at the restaurant there as you are stranded. The food was ok. There are not a lot of facilities to do things and no chairs to sit on in the lovely grounds. The hot water stopped working in the morning. Happy we booked on booking.com as the prices quoted directly with the hotel are high. We were suppose to have a jet bathtub but had a regular one without a plug. Otherwise the room description was correct. This place could be really great but just misses some facilities and roads compared to its neighbors.

Review 33：The grounds are beautiful and surrounding view is amazing. Our room was nice with all amenities. It was very large as well. Breakfast was good. Get up early so you get it hot and fresh.

Review 36：Terrible location 15 minutes up the worst rocky road, that taxis don't want to go up. Nothing at all within walking distance, so unless you stay out all day, you pretty much have to eat at the hotel restaurant, which isn't marginal at best. Staff are friendly but not very helpful.
