Review 1：The parking was a little difficult.

Review 2：The staff were very helpful, kind and the cleanses was outstanding. The comfort of the bed was great! It is a kid friendly hotel would defiantly recommend this place. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Review 15：The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The grounds were clean and well kept. There were several restaurants and other amenities located within the property. Also centrally located to many of the nightlife spots in MEXICALI. A definite recommendation to friends and family or anyone wanting to have a great experience in MEXICALI!!!

Review 16：Upon check-in, they ask for payment, so I gave them the CC that I had registered on Booking.com. The card was declined. I contacted my CC company and they advised that the hotel charged my card at 7:30am the morning of my check in. I hadn't even checked in yet and my card was charged. So I had to pay cash. I need to wait for the money to be release on my card, however, the CC company was not able to see if it was an authorization or a charge. Any other hotel that I have stayed at, some lower class and others higher class have never charged my card prior to my arrival.

Review 73：Very, very noisy! Hotel is on a very busy corner, traffic and sirens all night. Room was not noise proof from the bathroom window area. Also, lighting in vanity very poor. We had a visually impaired person in the group who had problems seeing.
