Review 1：One of the rooms small, bathroom not very well isolated from the room, so it's bit tricky once you are with friends... ? there was no electricity in one room and not too flexible to change. Was charged higher rate, but then resolved.

Review 3：No service, no management, no sense of feeling welcome, no training of any of the staff. The owner has built a beautiful new hotel and completely ruined it with the lack of service or concern for the guests.

Review 5：The television was on all day and evening in the dining area. Games shows and cartoons didn't match the rest of the experience as this was a very good hotel. We ate on the terrace to avoid the TV.
Review 6：Fabulous views and situated on a quiet road, just what we were hoping for and preferable to the hordes of people in Zakapone at the weekend. The hotel only opened two weeks ago so everything is new and fresh. The food was great, wide choice for breakfast and great dinners - both taste and presentation. Friendly staff and enjoyable massages.
