Review 1：Everything was good this is our 3rd visit. unfortunately, the room had some lipstik stained coffee cups, not cleaned in the room. and only one towel for 2 people. also there was someone else's old socks left under one of the beds. it was not cleaned properly. other than that, all was good, excellent staff and nice area for pets.
Review 2：they did give me a rate when I reserved the room, they charged on my credit card, but when I got there they charged different amount (rate), and if you don't want to stay any more because they want to charge more to your credit card they will penalize you and you will end up paying for the whole day anyway regardless if you stay or not. The hotel has not elevators.
