Review 1：The staff on the front desk didn't want to give me the room I had booked because she said they were booked which was not my problem I booked this room 3 weeks in advance

Review 2：Total mistake prepaying for 3 night stay!!! I rate a hotel on comfort. This hotel totally failed in all respects. Booked king, got 2 doubles. My neck and back ached from the uncomfortable, saggy, old, hard mattresses. Pillows were old and hard and smelled like old foam rubber pillows. Bed linens were worn out and shabby. The towels were old and falling apart on edges and so stiff it felt like drying off with a Brillo Pad. There was no washcloth, only 2 towels and one hand towel. Loud train noise. Loud air conditioner which did not work properly. Pool area was closed for private party. No hot tub (although advertised). Paint on insides of doors was dirty, carpet in room had large fold which I caught my shoe heel on. This hotel does not look like the photos on the internet. Just painting walls does not make a hotel remodeled. The bedding and carpets felt and looked dirty. Breakfast was $16 per person!

Review 6：AC barely worked. Housekeeping is not in til about 9. Still under remodeling. Expect jackhammers and pounding. No sense of urgency from front desk staff. Hotel over-promises on amenities. No flat screen. No hair dryer. GF called three times. Granted she called late on Friday night but they said they would bring it, never did. i called at 8 the next morning said theyd bring it and toiletries, never did. we had to be at funeral, so i called at 830 and was told housekeeping wasnt in yet. went to front desk and was given the same excuse. Finally at 9 they brought TP but no dryer. We ended up checking out that day and decided to just cut our losses.

Review 24：The restaurant staff were not very helpful. We had a party of nine and table was set for less. It took over 30 minutes to get coffee and we waited for our food for over an hour. I had to complain twice. This did not seem to be a problem during the times when they served the buffet style meals only the service from the menus.

Review 27：From the moment one enters there is a smell to the place. At reception I was ignored by two teenaged giggly girls until I half jokingly said I was going to put this on tripadvisor. Finally I was checked in by one of them who proceeded to give me the wrong room. I had requested a king and was given two doubles. Called reception and was told to come back down where I was given another double! I called and this time reception sent security with a key to a third room. On check out I bumped into two other upset guest having issues at the front desk. I would not stay here again for free.

Review 29：Took too long to check in. Staff (2 clerks and manager) were attending trivial things, taking phone calls and stopping my registration to give out information over phone. Room service took a bit longer than expected and was more expensive than I would've guessed. Needs more signage or indications on where to park and how to get to your room. Few options on TV.
