Review 1：Key for safe and key to get electricity are on same key chain. If you are trying to get stuff out of the safe you can't see anything as electricity switches off immediately when you pull out key for electricity. There is nobody at reception after 7pm I believe which can be tricky.

Review 9：Being across the restaurant means also a lot of noisein the evening. You can hardly find or expect anyone to be at the reception. Be careful with the parking spots - not many free spots available (those are the white zones).

Review 10：The location is really convenient, because you are in the centre. The restaurant Mediterraneo is right across the hotel. There is just a small number of rooms available in the premises. Our was among the standard ones, but still modern and we'll decorated. The welcome drink was a positive surpruse, as well as the nice breakfast.

Gli ospiti ricevono 10% di sconto e un welcome drink al ristorante Caffè Mediteranneo dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo - una pizza da sogno e una buona pasta, da quello che abbiamo visto nei piatti degli altri, anche tutto il resto del menù deve essere favoloso. Raccomandiamo!

Review 15：The grindi is perfectly located in Santa Teresa - close to beach and restaurants. Reception was really helpful.

Review 16：Breakfast was extremely basic. The freshness of the croissants was questionable, the honey was all sugary, the jam was the packet variety which really has no flavour and there was no cheese or meat. A great disappointment.

Review 17：Location is excellent although with so many roads closed due to pedestrian areas only it took considerable ingenuity to actually locate it. Parking was difficult but not impossible.

Review 24：Beautiful new place, great friendly and very helpful service/staff, incredibly clean and the perfect location. Grindi Suite had a real local feel too it and so close to the beach. Breakfast is at a cafe near by and you can sleep in as last serving is at 11am. Breakfast was simple (unfortunately no fruit) but it was great to watch the locals trickle in and out of the popular cafe. I walked to and from the ARST bus stop and the port with no issues. I would definitely return.

Review 25：The apartments are located in the center, on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly, so the one at the restaurant across the street where we served breakfast. A nice surprise was the welcome drink. Beautiful rooms, new furniture, good taste in everything. Congratulations.

Review 30：I thought the place was closed at 9pm all the doors were locked and nobody home, i rang the three different numbers on the sign and no answer. Just about to leave after ringing doorbells etc i asked the restaurant across the street, apparently they own the place then let me in. A lucky stroke otherwise we would have left.

There are only seven rooms. they are spacious and well appointed. the bathrooms are wonderful with a real shower. There is a wonderful restaurant across the street. We had a fabulous meal and were treated with live entertainment. we were only there for one night, but it was the best night of our trip
