Review 1：|| I can not call it a "bad" experience, but the place is a little tricky to find -> here is a tip for those coming by car: on Lenina Street, take the right turn (it is a dirt road) just after the zoo (зоопарк) in the left hand side; pass first the restaurant, and than you are there! || no English at all.

Review 4：It is not easy to find the place, especially in the dark, some signs on the road could be helpful. Each cottage has four rooms and you can hear every word and every step of all your neighbours. Having some more furniture in the room would be nice, especially a small fridge and a small table - to store some food and arrange some kind of breakfast. There was no hair dryer either.
Review 5：The hotel is a small group of cottages scattered in the wood (or is it a park? because it is in the town) near a pond. The place is charming. But it makes sence to stay there only if you are travelling by car. The hotel is not far from the town centre but I failed to see any public transport in the area. The room was cosy and warm. And there was an electric kettle which was helpful as no breakfast was offered. The restaurant is very good indeed but it is closed in the morning.
