Review 1：Noisy, not really soundproof, neither from the guests as well as the staff cleaning early morning (as early as 730). Both days they manged to wake us up. First night with a wake up call. Although not requested, then by a maid. Second night by made who wanted to clean up the room, although we were suppose to check out later that day. Breakfast buffet was not bad, but not great either. Fact, they serve breakfast till 10. Showing up at 940 resulted in the staff to bring out the breakfast from the kitchen again. Lastly, we couldn't get a room at the reception. We were told nothing available. So I booked this room through booking.com right in front of the hotel. They were puzzled but worked. Unacceptable!

Review 2：Comfy bed, shower with hot water, pool, garden. Once you are a guest you are treated well.

Review 4：Rooms at the front are too noisy. Pillows were way too thick to be comfortable. No spa features were included with the room price, everything was extra, except the pool. Which was not usable in the winter season.
