Review 1：The stairs without elevator. My room was not warm. The temperature was around 20 degrees...
Review 2：The staff was very efficient, professional and friendly at the same time. It is the hotel's strength.
Review 3：Parking is 300m away, plus when you leave it, you need to bring the parking card back to the hotel. One should be able to leave the card right at the parking and go straight home. It's 20 minutes of time wasted. WiFi was avaiable at the reception only.
Review 4：In the centre of a beautiful town, near the ferry port, but at the same time so quiet at night. Very tasty breakfast. Worth the money.

Review 7：Air con did not work past 10pm and only went to 20 degrees as a lowest - was told this was because it would be loud but it was very hot when we stayed and we would sleep,through it but we didn't sleep well because it was too hot, didn't realise when we booked that Verbania is a group of lots of little towns, this one being located in Intra, it didn't seem like the most touristy area (not much to see or do) so I would advise staying in a more touristy area like Stresa if this is an issue.

Review 10：Loved this hotel! Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff were the highlight! It was very clean, and in an unusual location inside of an outdoor shopping area. The parking was in a lot near the hotel but not too inconvenient. Great breakfast was included. Would definitely stay here again!
