Review 1：We had a wonderful stay here and even received a surprise upgrade so that we had a room with a balcony and view of the castle. The option to use the sauna is also really nice. Very friendly staff who were attentive to our needs and requests. When the wifi internet became slow, they responded immediately to try and resolve the situation (and it worked). Free parking next door is also great. Highly recommended if you're visiting Vianden.

Review 2：we had a third floor room 311 near the road. Could be noisy early eve and if anyone smoked at front door, smoke came right in our room, ha to close the window . We could not see the castle from this room but saw lots on our walk around town

Review 4：Our room was very small. We payed for a bigger room but we got the smallest one… This was not fair!!! We paid for a comfort room and we got a standard room. The mattress of the bed is not good The bathroom was old and too small. When you sit on the toilet, you must close the curtain. The shower curtain was also old and dirty. Renovation of the room and bathroom is required!

Review 5：The hotel is near the small centre of Vianden. There is a free public parking just behind the hotel. The hotel is old but OK. They have a free sauna (naked) and a nice indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was very good (breakfast cost 9,5 euro per person). Also the restaurant was good! Don’t forget to make a reservation on time. There is a pub for drinks and small food.

Review 6：Room 1: mattress in the bed was old an too soft. Felt like I was sleeping in a spoon. Bathroom was extremely small (you can easily brush, your teeth while taking a dump...go figure :-) ) and old. Needs renovation (replace bathtub with a shower to make the room more spacious) Room 2: small window. small room, comfortable beds. Only one sauna was operational, open only from 5PM to 8 PM. Why??

Review 7：Very friendly and helpful staff! Multilingual receptionist/manager. Great breakfast. Nice pool area, nice small sauna and relax area. Room 1: very clean and modern, nice view and multiple windows. Room 2: Nice bathroom with shower. Has been renovated, obviously. No extra charges for the 2 small dogs. No extra charges for car park.

Review 11：Stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 night stay whilst we arranged collection of one of our clients motorbikes to be returned to UK Excellent hotel, really clean, welcoming staff, top class food, stunning views of the castle from our room, very clean room. hotel has secure underground garage for our motorbikes. English speaking staff made us feel very welcome the heated indoor pool looked wonderful although we didn't have our swim wear with us, the next time we go we will make sure we have them. highly recommend this hotel to everyone just fabulous we will come back and stay for a few more days next time. Thank you to all the staff :-)

Review 12：Our room (202) overlooked a council depot and we were awoken early by workers on a couple of days - once at 7:30am by a worker jet washing a bin lorry.

Review 15：This hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the Duchy of Luxembourg at Vianden. One side of the hotel which we were fortunate to be in, faces the very scenic castle, and all sides face a bit of forested hillside. We liked the fact the hotel had a pool, whilst its charges at the time we were there anyway (mid August) were cheaper than many others that do in our experience. The breakfasts are very comprehensive,. and very good value at €7.5pp at the time of our stay. Apart from the hotel, the town and surroundings are beautiful, transport links including buses are good, the tourist office was very helpful, and food and drink around and about is excellent.

Review 20：Excellent hotel in an excellent location in charming town of Vianden. Some rooms have a breathtaking view of the castle. Unexpectedly, this hotel even has a large indoor pool, whirlpool and even a large sauna. Their breakfast (9.50 euro) is also quite good. Highly recommended!

A little out of the center of the town, but still within easy walking distance of all the attractions and with a superb view of the castle. Very friendly staff, a good restaurant, free access to the pool and upon checking out we even received a present!

Review 29：We have stayed in vianden numerous times but never at this hotel before. The room was comfortable. The view of the castle from the balcony was lovely. Staff were courteous and friendly. Drinks were reasonably priced in the bar, We did not eat dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Review 30：The bathroom lights came on automatically when you passed the bathroom door which meant during the night if some-one went in the light woke up the other person, as the door is obscured glass. As did the loud extractor fan. It would be good to have a proper switch for the lights as they also took at least 5 minutes to go off.

Review 31：The quality and comfort of the room. Quiet aspect, loved the balcony with the view of the castle. Free WI-FI in the room. Lovely big shower with good power. Pets allowed was very welcome. Quality of the food was excellent and not too expensive compared to Luxembourg in general. Breakfast was unbelievable, an enormous spread, hot and cold, catering for every taste.

Review 33：The only complaint was it wasn't 'sound proof'. At approx. 0100, the room next door became loud and even with the door to the balcony closed, could still hear the yelling, laughter, and music. Sorry, but had to 'bang' on the wall for them to stop making so much noise. They did eventually stop. I wish that the walls were just a tad more thicker/sound proofed.

The view was excellent (my request for a castle view was granted...thank you), room was clean, and spacious. The food was excellent. The staff also were very friendly and gave excellent service. Review 68：Having had our confirmed room cancelled by another hotel in Vianden we were hard pressed to find a room. Regrettably the Belle Vue did not impress. The staff were unfriendly. Pool unsupervised - other guests diving-in despite notices forbidding diving. Deluxe room was fairly basic and not to expected standard - no tissues in room. Would not return to this hotel.

Review 83：We are a couple of keen motorcyclists and the staff were really accommodating, our bikes were kept in an underground carpark without charge. The hotel offers good food, swimming pool and spa and additionally the room had its own fridge. The town is pleasant with many alternative eating establishments. On top of this the local area has excellent motorcycle routes.

Review 88：This is a great hotel! Our welcome was warm and informative; we were advised to join the "Ghostswalk" through Vianden in the evening, which was great fun. From our suite we had a breathtaking view of the enchanting castle, breakfast was fine, hotel facilities overwhelming.

Review 111：The room I had really did have a very "Belle Vue" of the floodlit castlewhich only a handful in this hotel have. The swimming pool was anattraction when I booked, but unfortunately - as is common in hotels -it closed at 9pm so I arrived too late to swim.The check in was very slow even with a few glitchs but handled with good humour. The fact that I COULD check in and still get something to eat in Vianden off season at 9pm is actually something to be happey about as some restaurants and hotels were already shut up. It's actually a very good pool for a country hotel. The hotel had free parking which was a plus. It is near the bus stand so easy if you come without a car too.It is further than most hotels from the castle but still walking distance. The room was fine if pretty functional - looked to me as though there are two basic styles with most rooms more recently renovated than mine but even this - the cheapest - was well maintained if not especially stylish. You don't get a kettle, coffee or soap (except from a squeezy wall bottle thing). You do get a couple of chunks of nougat as a welcome. After checkout the staff were happy to hold my bags and I was allowed to use the swimming pool even though I'd technically left. Chose for the price which was excellent. So my comments are not criticisms just observations and for the money I though
