Review 1：One small point. The website does not make clear that the restaurant is in fact open on Sundays to hotel guests. It suggests the restaurant is closed.

Review 2：The location by the lake is beautiful. We were in the annexe across a very quiet road which suited us well with our dogs. The room was simply decorated in lovely scandinavian style and it was just a short walk to breakfast in the main building. Very calm and quiet. Highly recommended.

Review 5：Small room and an teenage bed. Hotel area as a whole could use a facelift (or a different price). Price is high for Dutch standards. €100 per night for a small, sober room is very 'upper class'.

Review 6：The location cannot be better. I was welcomed with a shrimp buffet: very fresh and lovely and the atmosphere was excellent. The village itself is nice too.

Review 7：The dried, dead spider in the bed wasn't very nice. Neither were the spider webs, nor the spiders under the ceiling, in the hall and in the walls. The spots of crushed insects or spiders on the walls weren't really nice either.

Review 9：The staff were so welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location perfect. At the end of three days, we could have stayed longer and are already planning the next visit.

Review 10：It was my misunderstanding that there was a common jacuzzi inside the building. There is one outside which needs to be reserved in advance. But everything else is wonderful.

Review 11：Warm, personable and very accommodating hosts. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great for visiting the candy town Granna. Breakfast was lovely, a great selection with candles and music.

There is a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner or just a drink or two. One can seat, walk, swim or canoe a and enjoy everything that is on offer. We loved the place so much we stayed an extra night. A wonderful place to hold a wedding or any function. We highly recommend this out of the way gem.

Review 41：Some literature in the room itself explaining things like the times for breakfast and dinner and maybe a bit more about the area would have been appreciated. Didn't know until we arrived that there would be no evening buffet that particular day so had to travel into Granna itself.

Review 45：Very nice hosts, lovely breakfast and just only a few steps from the lake. We were given a room in a separate building where we were on our own. It was cosy and there was even a kettle for coffee or tea. We couldn't ask for more and enjoyed our time there very much.
