Review 1：I am very disappointed when we arrived there. It doesn't look like a hotel. The building still unfinished. No mirror at all. The telephone in the room is not working. I was trying to call the hotel to get the direction but the line is not even existing . What kind of hotel is that? The area is so unpleasant there are so many debris in front of the building thats why we got confused if its really a hotel.

Review 3：No water for shower for the family. Room full of rodents. very unhealthy. Had to go out to buy breakfast ,dinner , and tea. Its a bloody disgrace for a hotel. We will never stay there ever again.

Review 5：No toiletries were provided during the 2 day stay. No shower curtain to separate the shower and the toilet. No hooks to place the towel. No soap holder either. Nowhere to put the shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The mirror is too high. No hot and cold water.

Review 7：No wifi, landline, toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo. Supposed to be all the hotel have of this you have only soap and also no tissue in bathroom. Some of travellers didn't bring shampoo if they not stay long time.

Review 9：I lost my paper with the info about my reservation and I told them. So they put me in another room as I have booked and tried to charge me 500pesos more without consulting the upgrade before. There were bedbugs in the bed - I was almost all night long awake. I did not get a key for my room. WiFi was not working. No breakfast.

Review 13：Location was bad, well out of town and not easy to find. The staff said the room must be vacated by 7.30am, even though the booking confirmation said 12 noon! They couldn't find the room key. Overall a really dodgy motel.
