Review 1：Room was large as well as bathroom. Clean and everything good. Bed was confortable. Receptionist was nice and breakfast was ok. We stayed only 1 night before arriving at Florence. Hotel is just outside of the highway.

Review 2：We chose this spot as being close to the Florence airport and saving us a late night drive across Italy. The employees were top notch, the room clean and comfortable and the suggestion of a restaurant for dinner was good. Lots to choose for breakfast as well.

Review 3：Wifi did not work for my samsung phone even after going to reception for assistance, connected but didnt transfer any data No instructions on using the television, couldn't find channels. The shower door didnt close properly, and had to be lifted slightly to close water tight. The shower head wouldnt stay straight because the cord would twist it to face the wall no matter how I arranged it. The location is very inconvenient from the station, you cannot walk to it as it is over a vehicle only bridge. There are only 3 taxis in the town so I had to wait to get there which was very inconvenient.

Review 6：We stayed here for a night before heading off to our main camp-site north of Figline. The staff are very friendly with some who speak good English. The room(s) we had were fantastic for a family room. It was basically two rooms with a table and chairs with two singles as well as a double in another room. TVs in both (which you don't really need if you plan on spending time in Chianti). Breakfast was really nice, plenty of ham and cheese, croissants, cakes, boiled eggs. Really nice coffee too. They make you feel comfortable and at home.

Review 9：The hotel was very clean and accommodating for my family of five to include two teens and a toddler. Our room included a king bed, a crib with cute and clean linen, and a seperate room that included three twin beds. Both rooms had TV and air conditioning. The hotel also has free wifi amd continental breakfast. Cleanliness is very important to me. The bed and bath linens appeared to have neen in brand new condition and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The location was 300 meters from the A1, very convenient for travelers. However, it was a good 30 km south of Florence. We stayed there for the purpose of visiting Florence but it was a little out of our way driving there. I would stay there again if I was in the hotel area again.

Apart from that it is also close to the train station for guests who would like to explore the city of Florence. I would like to especially commend on the excellent service by Juliano who not only speaks excellent English but was very understanding and went all the way to make sure that we are quickly settled in our room after having driven 16 hours to Italy. The other staff although some do not speak English are always attentive and smiling and trying their best to attend to their guests needs. I would definately come back to this hotel in future.

The hotel had wonderful staff,it was very clean and we lost two scan disks and the hotel staff dideverything they could to try to help us find it. Even went through thelaundry. So kind of them.
