Review 1：The "nightclub" next door, a hangout place for locals was active until 3am.

Review 2：They waited up for us as we arrived rather late, gave us a choice of rooms and took care of parking issue.

Review 3：I had a single room and found it very small indeed with same amount of space on all 3 sides around the bed... very little indeed (just enough to move around the room from one side to other or to the bathroom). It was very compact and no real space. I wouldn't recommend the room I stayed in if staying more than a few days at the hotel. I am sure prison cells come with more space! The room was at the back of the hotel too, so no "view".

Review 8：The hotel is located at the western side of Verbania with overlooks to Majore Lake. We got a room overlooking the Lake for no extra price. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from boats ferry to Isla Bella and Isola Madre. they have a quite Rich breakfast. Near the hotel, there are some good restaurants and bars, our reccomand is Hostaria Dam a Traa

Review 10：We got a room on the third floor, no elevator, difficulty going up and down including uploading and downloading luggage. Except this everything was excellent. Recommended.

Review 16：Pretty hotel. We had a spacious triple room on the first floor, very clean, with efficient air con in room, and a balcony. Lovely location on shores of Lake Maggiore. Good choice and variety of food at breakfast. We bought the daily parking permit from the hotel for the duration of our stay, it was handy to park near to the hotel. Would be happy to stay there again.

Review 17：Nightmare to park the car. I asked for as low a room as possible, my wife is asthmatic. Our room was on the 3rd(top) floor, up 42 steps. Out of 22 hotels on our tour, only 1 responded to our low floor request!

Nonostante la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale siano veramente meritevoli di nota, la struttura si fa pagare molto per la posizione, un po' meno per quello che offre. Colazione di media qualità, camera un po' piccola, pulita, discretamente curata, letto non molto comodo, ma per due notti va bene. Bagno molto molto piccolo, meriterebbe più cura, doccia piccola, con soffione che manda l'acqua in tutte le direzioni, un po' scomodo lavarsi, ok che potrebbe essere un caso, ma dettagli così non dovrebbero sfuggire in un tre stelle.

Review 22：Eccellente posizione sul lungo lago di Suna, frazione di Verbania; meno di venti minuti a piedi di piacevole passeggiata sul lago dall'imbarcadero di Pallanza, punto di partenza per visitare le Isole Borromee.

Review 23：cockroach in bathroom, but room and facilities were very good and clean. Twice l checked with manager and reciptionist our pick-up point which l must assume was wrong, bus only every 3 hrs so had to get cab 90euro to be in time.

Review 28：In our room we could hear the neighbours toilet flushing wery well. For us it wasn't a problem, but it could be disturbing if someone has a light sleep. The second night was extremely quiet as there were not many guests.

Review 29：Great location in Suna, Pallanza, direct on the lake front. There is a lovely walk all the way along the quay to Pallanza. Restaurants and Bars are just nearby. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom very large. There is an extensive breakfast buffet with Müesli, bread, brioches and the lovely, typical sweet Italian pastries, cheese, salami and ham. We would definitely return to this hotel again in the future.

Review 30：A lovely Italian resort hotel on the water. I was so glad for the excellent restaurant on site because it rained constantly while we were there for 2 days. Umbrellas were available and the streets were lovely to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to return.

Review 34：This hotel is very family friendly with a playground outside and an indoor toy area too. The staff were more than happy to accommodate us for meals near these play areas. We were able to get a very late checkout which was Fantastico prior to our long flight home to Australia.

Review 38：Good location, close to the beach is 10 minutes walk, 15-20 minutes walk to the port, I have a great wife and a pizzeria restaurant in ARTIS, coastal Arctic food! Very easy to park during the week we were in the blue parking for 4 Euros for the hotel card, the white-painted free parking around the hotel a day before! And safety along the coast! Good large room, especially the lake view terrace, fully equipped! Divine hearty breakfast, delicious and cheap and the food departments as well! Very nice staff and the owners as well! The bar next to the hotel which is great fun for all ages! Nearby you can rent a cheap super-fast speed boat in a 10-minute walk from Marina di Palllanza. We watched it on the island! There is city bus is red, that transports long-term or large boat harbor to 30 Euro / person to visit the islands. I can highly recommend to everyone! Lovely, gorgeous and fun-filled place! People are direct nice!

Review 39：Parking not belonging to the hotel vut to the village. Have to put one euro on morning for 2 hours parking more. A bit oldesh style of breakfest, not big choice, but very fair for a 3 star hotel. Good cappucino.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. We had dinner twice during our stay and it was good too. However, nearby there are good restaurants too. The room was quite spacious and comfortable too.
