Review 1：Only one chair in the room, and staff cleaned the room, which was great but leave no clean cups. Had to go fined one at the coffee station

Review 3：My traveling companion had stayed there previously at some point and had been red flagged. After booking in and taking a shower they informed me we could not stay and would only return my damage deposit and not my room fee. My lawyer has been contacted. You may be partially or severally liable. She was flagged because she was born with fetal alcohol syndrome which is a handicap under Canadian law.
Review 4：This place gave me a cough I still haven't shaken. Although allrooms are labeled "Non Smoking", it seems the smoking patio isright behind them and it stinks! The smoke smell saturated our clothingand lungs. However, we left without showering because the tub/showerwas gross. Our neighbors weren't loud, but we could hear theirtv/talking because the walls were so thin. Difficult parking andinconvenient entrance/exit.

Review 9：There were very thread bare towels which should have been replaced long ago, face cloth had stains still on it. Toilet bowl had dirt around entire rim an inch wide you could see from the hall, shower control broken, mentioned dirty toilet to clerk who politely apologized and said would let staff know.
Review 10：Friendly staff, comfortable bed, close to bus station which I was taking early the next day. No visitors after 11 pm made me feel safer.

Review 12：We booked through booking.com. When we arrived I was surprised to be required to give our Amex card in order to get our room. Receptionist claimed she would authorize the card for a regular rate than refund the difference in the morning. She went through the motions in the morning but actually charged us twice the rate. Now have to deal with the mess.
Review 13：got locked out of room due to a door-computer glitch of some kind--card wouldn't work----clerk had to call maintenance man--we were stuck in the hall for 1/2 hr or so----and the shower head leaked quite badly--these are all quite minor inconveniences; we had a very nice stay

Review 21：When I arrived I requested a wake up call and a taxi for themorning....Thank goodness I couldn't sleep because I never did get awake up call and there wasn't an alarm clock in the room. I decidedto reconfirm the taxi good thing because it wasn't requested. Mycompany has an arrangement with a specific taxi company; so I requestedthe clerk to call that company... He called a different taxi. Due to hisincompetence; I had to wait for the right taxi company to arrive andtherefore I arrived late for my 1st day at this new position. Definitelynot impressed with the night or am front desk staff!!!!!!!
Review 22：It's an older property. The furnishings, etc. are dated. Yet I foundit to be clean.
Review 23：The only surprise I had was there was as much breakfast as expected with a "continental breakfast" and in my mind it should have been open till 11AM instead of 9:30AM cause if you want to sleep in later then you get nothing.

Review 26：Do not stay. Rooms are old plugs are not working . fridge is missing shelves. Stayed two days and it gave me back pain. Pillows are like pancakes. WiFi stopped working after first day. So called continental bfast was horrible. There were some bread and coffee that are cold. Both days same awful bfast. Nothing good to say about this place. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I could have slept in my car and I guarantee it would have been much more comfortable. Don't go to this place. That's my simple advice.
Review 27：The lack of monthly rates... they inly have a weekly rate which can be costly if you are constantly in and out if town. The layout of the rooms are.. odd. Some are shorter by 3 to 6 feet, making it awkward to navigate around people you are staying with.
Review 28：Provided breakfast, wifi is amazing for someone kike me who was in the run in the morning, the staff are no nonsense people but will respect you and help you as much as they can. The location is fantastic. In the middle of down town provides fast food and grocery stores all over the place. Great for quick meals or cheap dinners. Kitchen suites are fairly maintained and work.
Review 29：Spend some money to update the bathrooms! The paint was peeling and moldy underneath, looked like it was painted in 1970. Bathroom floor also was warped and ratty. Seriously, the bathroom was a nightmare. The rest of the room was adequate.

Review 87：Well let me see, its right by a bar for one, they don't tell you that, so be prepared to be Woking up by drunk people leaving after last call. The room stank like a ash tray, the remote was sticky, there were pubes stuck to the wall of the shower, the sink was leaking, 4 out of 5 light bulbs were burnt out, so very little for light. I slept with my clothes on and I put my t shirt over my piLlow so I wouldn't get a rash on my face, I left my shirt behind, and I liked that shirt.

Review 104：We booked for a smoking room and when we checked-in, we were given a non-smoking room. The manager sorted it out immediately and gave us one of the suites.
Review 105：First of all, rooms need serious updating. Towels frayed with holes. Short & curlies in the bath tub. Then we came across a serious fire hazard where an electrical cord supplying the bedside lamp was suspended and resting on the element of the baseboard heater. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and, with no reference to racism at all, the young asian lady with language barriers tells me "oh Sorry, oh sorry". So I asked for the manager and she tells me "he busy". So I go back moments after and asked for the manager again then tells me "he gone". Frustrated, I brought it to the attention of the GP fire marshall. I tried to warn them. Asked for a refund but would not give one. I even left a phone number and email to address problem and no one returned my contacts. So if you are a pyrophobe, don't stay here, especially room 115.

Review 119：When we arrived at igloo inn we found a run down building, very old, not clean by far. If I had not already booked online I would have gladly searched out another place. The staff could not identify the printed copy of my booking online. We only got a room because there were rooms available.The staff was ok but could not understand or speak much english. They did not see [on the booking copy] that I had booked a smoking room.
