Review 2：Everything. 1-Host and Staff (Emanualle) is the perfect example of service provider, excellent ! 2-Breakfast was one of the best we had experienced in any hotel. 3-Welcome fruits and facilities are one the best for the price.

Review 3：We used the hotel for 1 night sleep during our travel to south of Italy. We arrived lately at 11PM, they were expecting as at reception as requested. We had a perfect sleep, and got 2 bottles of water for free. The room was great, bath room really big. The breakfast was amazing. We plan to use the hotel inthe future again.

Review 13：It is a true 3-star hotel, with good price/quality match. The location is just about 30 km of the Mall, Prada, D&G Designer Outlets and not far from Autostrada A1. The breakfast was simple yet, the quality of food was very good. It is a clean family-run hotel. No problems with parking.

Review 15：Easy access from major highway (A1) approximately 40 minutes from Florence airport. Comfortable for my overnight stay after just arriving from a long overseas flight. Friendly staff. Not a place to stay if you're looking for beautiful Tuscan views from your window, but great if you're passing through or need a place with easy access to explore Tuscan towns.

The lady at the front desk, put together a plate of cookies, cakes and tea for our three pre-teen girls and was able make reservation for us at a fantastic place for dinner where the food was divine. Wonderful breakfast buffet, the family suite is very nice and comfy.
