Review 1：The room and bathroom were extremely filthy. The furniture was in terrible condition. And that's far not everything.

Review 2：The receptionist was kind and helpful. It was quiet there.

Review 3：The hotel is closed from 10,00 p.m. to morning 7,00, no possibilities for smoking, very old and destroyed beds.

Review 4：Excellent surrounding, good location of the hotel, indoor relax pool, french kitchen.

Review 5：There isn't Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the walk into town is a bit far (in the winter).

Review 7：The only thing to mention: unfortunately one girl (the only staff member at that point of time) did not speak english or german in a sufficient way - so it was very hard for us to communicate when we arrived: It took us a very long time (almost 2 hours) to come to the hotel from Kremnica railway station because first it was not possible to order us a taxi from the reception desk. After we walked down 20 min to the city with our heavy luggage finally it was possible for the concierge to order us a taxi from a town 19 km away for the last 800 m to the hotel (of course a bit more expensive because of the long journey of the driver - but that is ok). Why was it not possible to send us a taxi to the railway station after arriving by train? We were very tired when we finally arrived after 2 hours of stress...

Review 8：Beautiful building with nice view, beautiful scenery - everything was ok. Nice swimming pool. Two of the girls working at reception in morning time were very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable - they even did find a solution for us and brought us back to the railway station (!!) because there is not a single taxi available in Kremnica. Once more: thanks a lot for that!!

Review 9：The restaurant was closed during this period. The breakfast is not in buffet but you have to order what is in stock... Lucky for me that the receptionist could warm up some soup in the evening. The snow makes the hotel very difficult to approach.
