Review 1：Our bathroom, which was a reasonable size, had the smallest shower cubicle I have ever seen (I'm not large and could only just squeeze in) and the towels were more like tea towels than bath towels. The wifi signal in our room was so weak as to be useless and the breakfast choice was a little limited.
Review 2：The location, the ease of parking (out of season) and proximity to the town and port. Our room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and we had a large balcony, although no furniture on it to sit on.
Review 3：The staff were very friendly and helpful. One day we missed breakfast and the guy on reception insisted we had breakfast and bought us croissants and coffee. The room was also very big, bright and clean. Location is really good. It is super close to lots of restaurants, the beach and the main square in Santa Teresa. We went to all good restaurants nearby every day and we stayed for 6 days.

Review 5：An Excellent family run hotel handy for both the town, the beaches and the ferry port.We thought both the owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Review 6：The hotel is right in the historical center and every night you will hear a lot of people bypassing the hotel and cars going around. The sound insulation between rooms is also poor. Please take this into account if you have light sleep.

Review 14：Not only hotel itself was very good. After we already left, we had a problem (we paid at the petrol station automat but didn´t get petrol at all)... and then we went back to hotel where we kindly asked the owner of Moderno to call the owner of the petrol station and tell him Italian what has happened. What her did in response was just stunning. He simply gave us missing 50 Euro from his own wallet. This for sure could never take place in our country. "Tranquillo, le vacanze..." he said and added added a nice smile! Well, it certainly made our day and we´ll be gladly back at Moderno whenever we are in Santa Teresa again. Martin, Czech republic
Review 15：We found it difficult to regulate the room temperature. Leaving the window open was not an option because of even a low level of street noise and regulating the air conditioning was a challenge.

Even sent me back to our room with coffee on a tray when my boyfriend was too lazy to get up for breakfast! Rooms were basic, clean and pleasantly decorated, hotel had a homely feel.

Review 34：Welcoming and very helpful hosts in a warm, cozy family run hotel. 5 minute walk to main piazza and close to beach Nice breakfast in lovely breakfast room. Clean, bright rooms. We had a little balcony over side street. Nice and quiet at night. Wifi worked well in room.
Review 35：My Italian is very poor, but it was better than their English! French isthe only language they seem to use apart from their own. No-one warnedus about the 'Mistral', the continuous gale which kept me awakeat night. But, minor irritations really.

We had a great time overall.The piazza at night is delightful with locals promenading, childrenplaying and some rather good street entertainers who kept the childrenamused. The beach gets crowded and it can be very hot so hire a shadeand two loungers for 25 euros for the day. The sea is fantastic - clearas crystal with the white sand beneath. A boat trip to Magdalena and theCosta Esmarelda was exciting and interesting, but the sea was verychoppy coming home - do it, but be prepared. And haggle the price down -we got a third off.

We missed breakfast one morning, not going downstairs until 11am, and the owners insisted on our having coffee and getting us something to eat from the kitchen. They also gave us a big bottle of water to take with us to the beach. The were very friendly and always helpful and tried to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The location was also excellent, right in the old town.

Although we couldn't speak Italian and Andrea and Fiorella could not speak English, this was not a problem - Laura speaks excellent English and helped us a lot with recommending beaches, making restaurant reservations and booking trips - she was a star! We would highly recommend this lovely family hotel for a relaxing stay in Santa Teresa.

Review 48：We traveled with a 2 years old baby. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Andrea, his wife Fiorella, Tonina, Toni and Laura were very kind people. Always ready to help and make sure that your stay is comfortable. Laura recommended us many good restaurants around. We ate very well ! We also enjoyed the location as it is near the main plaza of the town with a small market, drug store, restaurants and caffe. And it is near from many very nice beaches.

Very clean, incredibly helpful and charminghosts, simple, but with everything you needed.Santa Theresa was divine, the beach was amazing, water like swimming in a pool and white sand. Seemed to be a holiday destination mostly for Italians, a pretty, pastel town which was so charming, and some great restaurants, our favourite being Marlin. A very relaxing way to wind up a busy holiday in Italy.
