Review 1：Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows had beans like a beanbag, but firmer. No airconditioning, it was fitted but did not work. When I mentioned it I was, spokentolikeachild and told to open the window. .. it was hot outside with no breeze. The cost was 20gbp more than booking.Com said it would be + city tax. ...

Review 3：The view is excellent on my 10/F room, but the window is very very dirty ! I have ordered to rooms, I stay in the double room which my friend stay in single room, but they reverse all the stuff ( towel, tooth bushes, pillo ... ) between the two rooms.
