Review 17:Not very close to the train station but no big deal

Review 19:Very friendly staff. Great restaurant. Interesting location, right on the edge of a small village. A perfect place to stay to get used to the altitude - I wish we had another night!
Review 20:Everything was great during our stay. The check-out process was definitely not smooth though. They wanted to charge us the sales tax for locals (18%) to the room price, insisting that both of us needed to present our passports (while we routinely carried only one). All other hotels where we stayed during our trip were happy with just one passport being presented. Additionally we were being billed for room service items that we hadn't ordered. When I observed they showed me the receipt for the order and it was under a different guest name; still, it took them like 10min of further verification to take it out from the bill. So that's my complaint but let me clarify that 99% of our stay was superb. Place is great, room was good and the restaurant staff were amazing!!
