Review 3：Beware, we booked a "Sea view with balcony" but we got no sea view with a porch. Plus, no hot water! The manager said everything else was booked. OK, then why advertise such availability? Staff was not friendly nor customer focused.

Review 5：The pictures of the room were not the room I was given. I found out later that the pictures were of an upgraded version of the same room. No hot water and untidy. We had to ask twice for any sort of sheet or blanket. The main man who checked us in was acknowledging at best. The other staff was kind and helpful. Food service at the restaurant area was extremely slow, but the food was good. Book a deluxe room or don't expect anything great. Basically only good for a great location.

Review 7：Wifi almost non-existent. Air con didn't work well. Staff very unfriendly and never apologetic if you had a complaint. They moved us to different rooms 3 times. No bar. Old, broken & ripped sunbeds. No entertainment nearby whatsoever, had to take long tuktuk ride to find any restaurants or bars. Would not recommend to any other travellers.
